Went through the drive thru for 2 smoothies. It took forever for my order to be taken and to receive (there was no one in line). Both smoothies taste watered down and have hardly any fruit flavor. Extremely disappointed with a tropical smoothie location.

I was trying to place an order on the website for the Plano location and when I reviewed my receipt it defaulted to the trophy club location. I called this location and spoke to a gentleman the first time and he said that he voided the transaction and I should see it back on my card. I waited a week and did not see it! Second time a called I spoke to a lady, she was not friendly at all and sounded like I was annoying her she said she will let her supervisor know and I should receive a callback. I waited another couple days no call or refund! Third time a called a believe I spoke to the supervisor she said that she was going to talk to the district manager to get this taken care and that I should receive a call or an email! NOTHING!!! It has been almost a month and I have not received anything! I am out a little over $60 for food I never received!! It’s the customer service and lying for me!! Yal haven’t even been opened long and just reading other people reviews sound like the is just how this location operates, very disappointing!

Wait time is outrageous! For food that's pre-made and all you have to do is heat up it sure takes for ever to make. Stuck in drive through for 20 minutes and it's not even busy.

Everyone saying there is a long wait is 100% right! Waited at the window for about 10 minutes. Even had 2 employees come by and look at me through the window (one of the girls was on her personal cell phone taking a call) sad first experience. I ended up just driving away without my drinks cause that was ridiculous.

There was hair in my food. Not just one piece.. several.The service here is really poor. They took an extremely long time to even take payment. They don’t apologize or care it’s just young kids that don’t have good work ethic unfortunately.

I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe but this location is just not it. I was excited to try their new Bowls. I ordered but then proceeded to wait 10 minutes before they even took my payment. No other cars were before me or after me. At that point I didn't have time to eat so I asked for the bowl to be taken off. I received the biggest eyeroll and sigh I've ever heard with the cashier whining "BUT we just made it!" Then proceeded to still hand me the bowl plus a smoothie which I still wanted/needed at that point. I had to throw the bowl out since as I had told her I genuinely didn't have time anymore and couldn't eat it. Please advice your cashiers to inform customers of longer wait times. Its sometimes okay and people will make inform decisions instead of going without breakfast because nobody decided to communicate the wait times on a simple bowl.

Love the food, but literally, every time I have been to this location, they can not get the order right and/or something is missing. I can understand once or twice, but come on, guys, it's simple food service. And to ask for a tip when paying? Yeah, right. Give me a break. Just lost a couple of customers.

Sat in line with 5 other cars at 7:30 this morning with no response from an employee in the drive through. Lights were off and front door was locked although their website says they should be open. Waited 10 minutes and left.

I love the edible Sorbos straws. Coming here is worth the drive. Service was fast and friendly. I think the price is great for the size. The menu is quite simple, we have yet to try it. The patio outside is a nice perk as is the drive-thru option.

Our family loves coming here sometimes and getting to go others. We usually come for a quick stop on busy school nights between events, order online, and pick up through the drive thru (really helps with a car full of kids). The new chorizo wrap is delicious and our kids really like the Quesadillas and small kid smoothies. Their cookies are a wonderful treat for special days.
