Small little yellow building in Rockdale can't miss it, it stands out. Exterior doesn't do it no justice, I had a Torta de Carne Asada and it was very very good. I'm from the borderland and I'm surprised this hit home. The menu is on the wall which is a bunch of pictures that might get confused but the cashier is very polite. I bought 4 drinks and 2 meals that came out to 33 dollars. The meals were plentifully, big proportions. The taste alone justifies the cost in my opinion. Try it at least once you won't be disappointed.

Food is great! Service is good.. the staff isn't very friendly but they do their job. You have to go in to order but they'll bring your order to your car when it's ready. They have an outside area where you can eat if you decide to stay.

When we were pulling up to El Rinconcito Feliz, I said, “I like the name- I hope this place lives up to it!”You guys. It really, really did. Good food, friendly folks. They were kind enough to make my picky kiddo a bean & cheese taco, which he ate with gusto, along with some chicken from his dad’s machete. (The machete got high marks from dad and sis as well.) We also got the elotes (very good,) the nachos (basic chips and queso but very satisfying) and a very generously proportioned fruit cup (also very good.). If we ever find ourselves in Rockdale again we will have to stop in!

Their tacos are out of this world!!! So loaded with goodness that I end up eating part of it with a fork. Corn cups are the best I’ve had since living in the Rio Grande Valley. A wonderful family owns this place and they provide excellent service.
