“One of our favorite local go-tos! Weekend breakfast never disappoints, the chorizo and egg plate and pancake plate are always a perfect start to the day. During the week when we have a late day, we love stopping by for the burger plate or enchiladas, they always hit the spot! The Carne Asada, and Pastor tacos on homemade tortillas are highly recommended! As a parent of two little ones, I really appreciate the drive-thru for quick pick-ups. The owner and staff are always friendly and polite, the wait is short, and the food quality is consistently excellent. Thank you, La Carreta!”

“Nice place- plenty of parking & places to park an RV & or pitch a tent & miles away from the city life- however the owner was a little abrupt with tapping me on the back while I was rinsing off some trail dust on some kitchen utensils with a portable power washer and he grumpily said:" YOU CANT DO THAT HERE" & offered no solution & I said yes sir" as he scampered of & then proceeded to call the event coordinator to complain further more as if to raise even more concern -then I was asked to just dump the grey water in the ditch 40' away. There are better ways to ask people to do things without making any physical contact albeit the owner was quite aged & from another generation when contact like that was accepted. Ooh and btw the last row or stake by the covered area west the breaker kept going out 3 days in a row and by that time I was using my own generator and kept getting blamed for tripping the breaker - after the coordinator from our event found out where the issue was originating from , no apologies given, of course. But this was just my take and a neutral place to vent.”

“Ordered to go the Beef with garlic sauce and beef Mei Fun, outstanding food, gives you plenty to eat, gives you more than enough for more than one meal. Service is always friendly.”

“My husband and I just stopped into red‘s corner for a burger, we had the bacon cheeseburger with fries. It was fabulous!

We confused our waiter and he also ordered a shrimp chili relleno dish from the chef. We tried to cancel it, but the chef brought it out to us and said he already made it and wanted to give it to us. It was art. And it tasted wonderful! Thank you to Chef Jordan🇨🇮! We will definitely be back!”

“This is authentic Mexican food. All fresh ingredients. I love that they will cater to my keto diet. Salsa is excellent, best in town! I saw some of the negative reviews, and I’ll guarantee you that they just caught a bad moment like any restaurant can have. This restaurant is consistently excellent in every category.”

“This pleasant, family owned restaurant offers great food, a family friendly atmosphere, and wonderful staff. The manager always stops by to check on us and is a pleasure to talk to. I love the green salsa they offer alongside the regular salsa, it’s one of my favorites and something I always look forward to having when going to Julio’s. My two favorite plates are the Pechuga Cancun and the Roasted Garlic Shrimp. The menu has a great variety with plenty of options, the portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. We will definitely be coming back!”

“Book lover + Coffee lover, this is the perfect stop! Cute local book shop right off Main Street. The owner is always so welcoming, helpful and pleasant. I usually go in to explore the kids books. We end up finding a few gently used books at fair prices and even get a couple of the new recently published books. While there the kids love playing in the kids corner, exploring books, doing puzzles or coloring little book marks that the owner provides for the little ones. Before leaving I make sure to grab me a coffee. I loved the Iced Dirty Chai with oatmilk. It’s a win win for this mom! ❤️📖”
