This location has never been a favorite of ours but after leaving a softball game it's one of the only things around for "quick" food. We have had horrible customer service, orders canceled for no reason, had the door ripped from our hands and locked saying they were not taking any more orders (it wasn't closing time and there were 20 plus cars in the drive thru being told they were not going to be served). Just very poorly run/managed. Customer service is the worst I have experienced...read full review
I come here ALL THE TIME to get coffee. EVERY SINGLE TIME something is wrong, missing or they don't tell me they are out of it until after I pay and get in the line. then act like I'm just gonna say forget it after I have already paid. when I ask for my money back they try to act like I'm the problem. I paid a dollar extra today for extra caramel drizzle to be told at the window they were out. so I asked for my dollar back to which the manager me that it wasn't a full dollar...read full review
