I have never in my life been so disturbed as I was when I heard the “manager” Yolanda yell at one of her employees and degrade and belittle him like she did… mind you the whole office heard the way she spoke to this man who is obviously challenged. threatening his job if I were to call corporate.. sounds like a lawsuit to me .. bad for business and bad for the brand and just a bad human.. unprofessional, unethical and immoral…

outside speaker not working so I pulled up front to the window. The lady was very rude. She asked me what do you want I let it pass, but after I place my order, I did tell Her I want catch up with the order. She said yes, there will be ketchup. I get driving down the road. I'm giving my mom her food. The Mc ribs are so poorly put together. You pick it up the sauce just ran out, The sweet teas have no flavor whatsoever. It's just like drinking plain water, and of course, no ketchup. I was passing through and stopped at this McDonald's, but I can pretty much guarantee. I will not stop here again.

Simple order. 1 sausage McMuffin with egg and cheese, and a bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddle. Explain why I received a sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle.
I drive a large pickup truck, so I used the outside lane in the drive-thru. I sat there and listened to 3 people have their orders taken. I then drove up to the window and was told, "Oh yeah, the outside lane doesn't work correctly." Why leave it open if it doesn't work correctly??

I ordered a simple order and they still got it wrong.not only are they slow but are they rude and disrespectful I don’t ask for much but when I do I expect my order to be correct. I wish they would just shut down and put a new fast food place in there place.

Worst ran McDonald's I've ever been to.the biscuits are hard as a rock.And there so lazy they say the mocha frappe machine and ice cream machines are broke.Just because they don't feel like making them.

It took forever to place an order in the drive-thru, as the order kept being repeated back to me and showing up on the screen incorrectly. I lost count how many times I repeated the order, but I know it was given at least 5 different times (2 sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit meals with large iced coffees, and 3 sausage mcgriddles - nothing fancy or complicated).

There was a time during the ordering process when the person taking the order went completely silent for about a minute. I had to say hello multiple times, then ask if anyone was there before I got a response. The response: an incorrect order. Once again, order repeated, then displayed incorrectly on the screen. After about 5 minutes and at least four other cars in the other lane moving forward, the order finally showed up correctly on the screen. I came to the realization that I most likely would not get the food I ordered, and just hoped there were enough sandwiches to feed everyone.

I'm happy to report we got the correct order (even received an extra sandwich), and we weren't charged for food we did not order. Also both the lady who took payment, and the lady who handed us our food were both very polite/friendly at the window.

If I had to guess why ordering was so challenging, I'd say this was most likely a new employee who was overwhelmed by the morning rush. I understand how a taking multiple orders at once can be an arduous task, especially for someone learning a new system/process. While I was patient and polite during the process, it would have been nice if they had just let me know what was going on instead of complete silence for such an extended period of time.
