I went to McDonald's to eat and saw the GM yelling outright at the other employees. She was rude and point-blank and called someone a stupid idiot in front of everyone standing there and it was busy. The employees looked very uncomfortable and some looked like they were going to cry. This is unacceptable.

we've gotten several burgers that were either both top buns or both bottoms buns. I will say they are fast and friendly. There was one lady that worked there and said what do u want on the speaker and we talked to the manager and she fixed it right

Mandi and Tiffany are absolutely amazing with customer service! They always go above and beyond!! BUT the GM of the store is absolutely rude to them. I have seen the GM give 0 care when it comes to how she treats her staff. I as a customer asked Mandy to make my coffee because she knows how to make it the way I like it and the GM got mad at her. For what? For doing what the customer asked ? I don’t know who the owner of this specific McDonald’s is but they should know what goes on at their place. It’s embarrassing and it’s very unprofessional. Promote someone who has great customer service skills. The GM is not it.
