Great sandwiches and friendly staff. Patient and very kind! The pretzel dippers they have water not my favorite, you can have sweet or salty but there is not a lot of either added to the pretzel. Now the foot long cookies are so so good.
Wheelchair accessibility: We had a lady who was in a wheel chair and had no issues getting her in or out of the establishment!

So once again I order some sandwiches with double meat online and don't get double meat. This is like the 4th time this has happened. I even wrote in the comments plz make sure they have double meat. Plus they toasted one that wasn't supposed to be toasted. It's really sad.

I had the best experience today at the Rockdale store! The service was worth mentioning because the lady who made my food was just awesome. Her name is Shalona M. and she was so friendly, happy and professional. She spent extra time making sure my salad was perfect. It’s really nice to interact with someone like Shalona who enjoys her job and takes pride in her work. She deserves a raise!!! :)
