Pretty disappointed in my first try there for lunch yesterday. Got a kids size burger ($12🙀) just asked for mustard and pickles, the mustard was X1000, had to sop it off… Fries were old and barely warm, floppy not crisp. Beer ($7😾) was fine. No water served, just a $23 bill…. Not sure Rockdale can support this kind of nonsense in a business.

The food was decent. I had high expectations going in that it did not live up to, unfortunately. The servers could care less about you, and they just work there. They weren't rude. They just weren't friendly like what my image of a "Tap House" should be. They serve decent bar food if you like wings and such. Nothing beyond that. Really cool looking place. Lots of room. Plenty of tvs. Outside areas were nice, too. Great atmosphere!

Came to The East Bell Taphouse today for a Bronco GTG, big turnout and they were very well prepared.
Ordered a smash burger with an extra patty, but came out missing the ext patty. Too busy to ask for it, place is packed. The Pattie’s were good, and the fries were cooked well.
Also got the Big Tex burger, cooked perfectly! The tomato, bacon and sauce were on point. Great taste. Fries again were good. Saw someone with onion rings and they said they were fantastic, if I’m back I’ll get those.

I really want to give this place five stars but I can't. The service is very good if not excellent. The hamburgers are top rank for sure. The wings are good but breaded. They are limited on beer selection and that would be okay if tap house wasn't in the name. They do have cold beer. My wife doesn't drink beer and the wine is very limited and often sold out. But it is a small town and they are a new business and for that effort they deserve 5 stars for the risk. I'm going to be returning as often as possible to help support. They do have some local live music and I love that! I know I gave 3 stars but with local support it could easily be 5 so give them a shot!
