After I placed my order and was told my total. I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes with only two cars ahead of me and no one inside the store. Once pull up to the window, I wanted another 5 minutes just for someone to come to the window and asked if I had been helped. After I told them that my order was already place. The lady just said “I don’t have a head set and it’s not in the system” then tries to take my order again. Not worth waiting another 20 minutes at a dead establishment with zero customers. I’m 6 months pregnant and traveling. What should have been a quick stop was just a waste of 20 minutes, sitting in a drive thru. Crazy thing is I had my order repeated back to me and was given a total.

Food was mediocre at best, and the service was flat-out awful!! Came at 1PM with no one else inside or in line, yet it took 20 minutes to get a burger, fries, and chicken tenders—and they even forgot the cheese on the burger 😭.
Meanwhile, the staff was glued to their phones... One employee was leaning against the to-go window scrolling while others just stood around. We sat in the car for over 10 minutes with no one behind or in front of us, and not a single person said a word.
I originally gave 2 stars only because the food was hot, but honestly, it didn’t taste good either. Dropping to 1 star after seeing the canned, copy-paste responses to reviews. No, I don’t need to email you. What you need is better management and employees who actually want to work. How does it take 20 minutes to make fries, a burger, and tenders with no one else to serve?

We got 3 combo meals. They put everything in one bag so our burgers were flat and they were warm, not hot.

Had their cheeseburger with onion rings. Burger was really good served with all the trimmings-mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and onions. Onion rings were a little crunchy. Probably frozen and not home made. Staff was very friendly and helpful but service seemed a bit slow considering it was after 1pm when we ordered.

Use to go to Texas burger all the time. Last two time I've went the food is dry and hard to swallow. The menu is so limited now it's hard to see any variety in any of the menu items. Just not impressed with it anymore.

4.3 stars, good not awesome. Burgers are high quality, but too much of a pre-formed patty for me. Malt was 3 stars... I think she added too much milk. Nice place though in a small town, with a drive through window and it's connected to a subway which is handy for multiple choices.
The Grilled chicken sandwhich with wheat bun is good. They were able to accommodate the veggies options to add & sub on my sandwich. The lady name Oridia did take care of my order and was real polite, 50/10 stars would totally come back and ask for her service again!

I went for a burger at 6:00 pm Sunday evening. It was a very hot day with my thermometer on my car showing 99°. When I opened the door and walked into this restaurant, it was hotter inside than it was outside. It was very hot! I asked the cashier about it and she said that the HVAC unit had gone out. All of the Employees, especially the cook Were wiping the sweat off their face with rags. I had wanted to eat there, but it was simply too hot so I placed the order to g.
My question is? Why did the manager not close this restaurant? It was well over 100° in the store and the employees were miserable. Nobody complained, but that type of work environment is unhealthy and unacceptable. The manager of this restaurant should be reported to Nolan Ryan personally

The food was good, not great but good. I'd eat it again. The atmosphere is homey and what you'd expect from a small town fast food spot. The service was deplorable. Not only did it take 30 minutes to get 1 burger, 1 order of steak fingers, and 2 orders of fries...... they got it wrong. All in all this was the second time I've eaten lunch there and the second time the air condoning didn't work, the second time the service was sub standard, and the second time I've left there angry.
