Hot, satisfying breakfast to get your day going, very reasonably priced. Friendly team and customers. Almost always a good conversation comes with the meal.

Food was ok. Waitress took our order then seemed disinterested, after a gentleman brought out our food and was missing items , and we asked her about them.

Great place for breakfast. We had a group of 7 and were seated quickly. Our waitress was great and the service was amazing too. Food was really good. Felt like the old school restaurants.

Tried to get food there, but was told we had to wait for a menu, which was not an issue considering how busy they were. But as I saw 3 menus being put back in the rack by the register I went up to get 1 for 3 of us to share, as I got up there the big waiter guy took them all for his table of 6 that had just been seated. I asked him if I could have 1 since we had been waiting 15 minutes, and he was RUDE enough to tell me “I’m not your server”. So as new residents of Rockport we WILL NOT BE BACK!!!! We also talked to other people outside and they left too. Hope the management appreciates this server!!!! Because we DO NOT!!!!

1st time here. Pretty busy. However, we waited about 20mins for our food. Then when it did come, we never got refills of coffee, except for 1st cup, we asked for hot sauce and syrup, and it never came. Will probably try other breakfast places 1st, before we return here.

Friendly customer service would be appreciated at your establishment. Depsite the fb page, google page and your sign on the door stating open hours we were rudely told the restaurant was closed like the sign said on the door. Said sign was a piece of notebook paper peeling off and the restaurant had people coming in and out while we were coming in. As we were walking in someone was coming out so we missed the sign. No need to holler from behind the register. A simple sorry we are closed would have been nice.

From out of town looking for a breakfast spot and was just told they are closed at 1143am. When Google states that Bakery Cafe is open until 2pm. We were greeted very horribly about them closing early. Next time have a better sign that anyone could read not in Crayola on a piece of paper.

The wait person, Riley, was sweet. Pancakes were good, chicken fried steak chewy and tough. Migas wasn't migas. The toilets were stopped up. Only one person in the kitchen, so food was really slow. I'll bet the place is fine during the week or when the town isn't full of tourists, but if the parking lot looks full, skip it.

Popped in for lunch with a group of 7. The wait time wasn't bad. We had to separate between a table and booth for the kids in our group. No worries, totally understandable as the place isn't very large, very much a while in the wall, mom and pop type of place. The staff was incredibly friendly and so very attentive. I believe Isai was our waiter? Amazing! Didn't even have to order the side of ranch for my fries or ask for extra tartar sauce, it's like he knew. I left feeling like a local and not someone vacationing for the weekend. The seafood platter I ordered was absolutely delicious. Perfect crunch, flavor, the oysters tasted fresh. The okra..I cannot express how amazing the okra was with just words. It was perfectly seasoned and crunchy. No slime. My only issue is that it wasn't breaded with cornmeal but I can definitely overlook that. The chicken tenders and onion rings my child ordered, she loved. My husband's French toast breakfast, also delicious. For what we received, I definitely expected to pay more. You definitely get more than what you pay for in quality and quantity. This will definitely be a restaurant I return to on future visits.

There were 8 in our party with 2 small children. You can not make reservations, but they were very accommodating. We didn't have to wait very long to get a large table for all of us. They were VERY busy the entire time we were there. All the staff were very efficient and very busy. Our waiter took great care of all of us and his other tables. We were all very impressed.

Such a gem. Our friends met us here. The parking looks difficult but we went around the block and parked in front. We thought for sure there would no seating. It is large inside and you seat yourself. We were greeted as we entered and our waitress Christina was quick at getting our beverages. We ordered pancake combo(2), cheese omelette, sausage/gravy and husband Belgian waffle with sausage. Everything was wonderful. We will be back next year. Kudos for great food and service.

My wife and I stopped here on our way home from Corpus. We walked in to a packed house and friendly wait staff. The food is top notch, I had biscuits/gravy and bacon/eggs. Wife had French toast/eggs. Everything was cooked perfectly! Great service and the place was packed the entire time we were there and people were still waiting in a line outside.
