I had a lot of bad experiences before but honestly. This one took the cake and ate the crumbs. I was disappointed how small the options for food was. 3 entire bays for hot food. But yet only 2 was used. A lot of it was empty and the place was not that busy. Tried a few of the fried options and spit them out. It wasn't overall bad taste but a lot of it was not hot. They put plastic over the trays to do less cleaning but at the cost of the food getting cold fast. Or the food was hard on a few items and some I didn't expect. The service was terrible. I asked for a easy drink. Sweet tea. I was eating for a few minutes before the drink was placed. Overall worse buffet I ever have been too. I love Chinese buffets but this one would never go near again and you couldn't pay me to try it regardless of the time. It's been hours since I went and my stomach is still hurting me and for 3.hours it felt like someone punched me in my gut.but completely. The worst part is some of the food did have good flavor, like really good. Would have given it 4 stars overall if the food was at least decently warm. They either need to change their ways. Or they need to close down before someone actually gets extreme sickness because of their business practices. If the owners is reading these. 2 things. 1. Take the plastic off. Yes you got to take longer to wash the dishes but it will make sure the food stays fresher and hotter longer. 2. While someone is paying a bill. Do NOT TALK IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE OTHER THEN THE PERSONS PAYING LANGUAGE. it felt like I was in the middle of an argument and was extremely uncomfortable. So just wait till that person leaves and don't also talk in the middle of the place to what I assume was your daughter who is at the front. Again big mistake. The chicken was very fatty and the other food was just not that good. The beef was tough and all the food, including the broccoli, was hard to cut. Since they did not provide knives it made it even more difficult to cut. General TSO's chicken was not very spicy and even the fortune cookies were stale! The server was talking on the phone with an ear bud for most of the time we were there. Had better for less. Total bill with tip was $45 for 2 people. Also their website said they were closed on Tuesdays but they were open!

I came in almost two hours before the sign on the door said they closed. They were already removing items from the buffet. They turned off the heat to others. It was basically a race to get food, before it was removed or consolidated into single trays. They didn't mind taking my $16, though. I won't bother going back. I'd have chosen a different day if they told me they were trying to close early. There were two other tables of people still in there, also.

Service was good. Food not so much. It was 7pm probably busiest time for resistant but it was empty. Red flag. Food had been sitting out for long time, dry, hard and hardly any selection. Rice should be indicator of quality at Asian establishments (if rice isn't good then you can pretty much guarantee nothing else is) the fried rice tasted like spoon full of yesterday's cooking oil. I was truly disappointed.

This was the worst Chinese restaurant I have ever eaten at. The food was old, cold under 140 degrees and tasteless. But the service was even worse than the food. The waitress never came to assist us, but the cashier was rude and to busy playing on her phone. The food even made me sick!!! Save your money and don't go eat there.

Service was good, but food was bland. Biggest problem was because there were 2 infants, they charged our table with an automatic gratuity of 18%. 5 adults, 1 child, 1 toddler, and 2 infants. It says for parties of 8 or more, and yes we have a total of 9 bodies, but only 6 were eating. Regardless of how many are eating, we got charged the extra. This, to me, is bad business. As a local, I will not be returning.

Letw start with extremely outdated and dirty looking. Food- I had chicken 3 different ways and I promise only 1 was chicken the other were suspect. So I didn't say anything and my companion spit her food out and loudly says "There's no way this is chicken!" And I casually replied I was just thinking the same thing . Service , well for a Chinese Buffet this was by far the worst service, who the hell vacuums around your table while your eating and NEVER checked on us or refilled our tea.
