Had Bun Tom Nu vermicelli bowl and Bon Thit Nuoang vermicelli bowl. Disappointing food with walmart lettuce, noodles not cooked well. Definitely not authentic Vietnamese cuisine.If you use credit charge, they reverse 3.5% charge to you. Not Cool!

Our server provided excellent service, but unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the food. Despite being promptly seated and served drinks and menus within five minutes, our order of wings, chicken tenders, and grilled cheese took an astonishing HOUR to arrive. This delay led to frustration, with nearby parties even leaving due to the poor time management. Despite the restaurant not being overly crowded, the excessively long wait for simple menu items left us perplexed. Although the server was apologetic for the wait time and friendly, the lukewarm wings and other basic tasting items did little to redeem the experience, not to mention the almost $40 bill. It would have been appreciated if the restaurant had informed us of the extended wait time at the time of seating, as we would have chosen an alternative dining option. The presence of multiple signs in the restaurant declaring "we are not a fast-food restaurant" suggests that this issue is not new to them.

The gator bites were a popular order at our table. Having had gator several times in the past, I rate them as just okay, thin cut, the breading was good, couldn't taste the gator.Our table of 6 ordered different entrees and all had good reviews about their choice. I ordered the Blackened Redfish, it was good, but I'd try something different next time. The menu has lots of choices, large portions, reasonably priced restaurant, fast service, food was well prepared. We ordered extra spring rolls and I'll have one for today's lunch, they look very fresh.I'll definitely recommend this restaurant and will likely be going back.

We had the Old Fashion Burger with Monster Sauce, the Swiss Burger with a generous side salad, Seasame Chicken with Fried Rice and Brocolli. Everything was delicious! Staff was Outstanding and they took really great care of us. Will definitely come back again. Please Note, they are nit a Fast Food restaurant and it shows. Thank you foe a terrific meal!

Rushed! Meals did not arrive even close to the same time. Not finished eating and to-go boxes were already on the table...we were chatting and hadn't asked for them. Bill presented without being asked if we were paying with cash or a card...card surcharge had already been applied. Weren't asked if we wanted desert...we did but since we both felt we were in the way, we went elsewhere. Not a relaxing or welcoming experience...we felt like uninvited guests.
