STAY AWAY...
I was on a short vacation and stayed in Rockport, TX.
It was later in the evening, and the family was hungry for something quick.
I ordered online while I sat in the hotel nearby, thinking it would be ready by the time I arrived. NO, such luck.
IT went downhill from there.
First, I was told my pizza was just being made. Fine, no choice but to wait. Then I saw another customer and his partner complain they got the wrong pizza, and it was cold. Shortly after, another older man comes in complaining that his two pizzas were wrong and he wanted his money back. After seeing this, I asked about my order and was told it was not going to be the correct size, and it was short a topping on the meat lovers.
I then requested my money back, but not before I voiced my opinion to the young manager.
He was a little overwhelmed and suggested I work kitchen. Maybe I could do better.
This happened yesterday October 13th which happened to be my birthday, NOT how I wanted my day to end.

I wanted an easy dinner tonight but Pizza Hut managed to mess it all up. I ordered 2 median pizzas one pepperoni and black olives the other Italian sausage and garlic breadsticks on the side. I get my pizza get home no black olives and everything is poor cheese looked like it slid half way off during cooking. I call to see what happen and the worker tells me they were all out of black olives. A manager then tells me they are not out and that if that’s all I was calling about there’s nothing they can do. Bottom line I should have been informed before leave and I’ve made pizza before it’s not rocket science come on.

My order was delivered incomplete. I ordered. 16 boneless wings fries and it come with your choice of dip. The only option to select was Ranch. I chose it twice. I didn’t receive any ranch with my order. I am disappointed I did not get to enjoy the meal as intended.

Tables filthy before we got there and never cleaned during our visit.

We dined in and ordered a large meat lovers pizza. It was OK, but it didn't have any tomato sauce on it which was weird. I've been to several pizza huts in several different states, but this is the first one that didn't have tomato sauce. Also, their fountain drink station didn't work so the only option was bottles.

Ordered a large pizza and drink for delivery at 6. At 630 I was messaged that they were having it door dashed. Didn’t receive my food until 7:10 it was cold. The driver said he couldn’t find me but sat in the ph parking lot for 5 minutes then in front of my hotel for 5. If they couldn’t deliver it the .2 miles themselves I wish I was told so I could have just picked it up instead of eating cold pizza

I don't know what has happened to pizza hut. not very good!
UPDATE #2: still no response to my email. It's 9/4/24.
UPDATE: I got a reply from the owner (see below) who asked me to email them with more details. I emailed that email at like 6:30 am on Friday (8/23)....still waiting for a response. Perhaps it is taking so long because it is the weekend....maybe? Update #2 is coming!
Called at 8:15 pm on a Sunday night (8/18). Had to repeat my entire order and information to the woman on the phone twice. Got a text at 8:50 something saying my order would be delivered between then and 9:06 pm. By 10 pm, I'm calling asking where is my order. I'm told another 20 minutes. I tell them to cancel the order cuz we were going to bed. I get transferred to another number that never gets picked up. I hang up and call back and explain to another person what happened who also transfers me to escalations. I get a person this time. Meanwhile, the driver shows up, and it's 10:15 pm, and she says she just picked it up from the store. But the pizza is barely warm. Lady on the phone says we get $10 off our next order but we don't even live here. She says the credit is attached to my phone number, but I'm not holding my breath. Pizza was blah. Oh and the pizza joint is 1.1 miles from the hotel we were at. In what universe does it take 2 freakin hours to deliver a pizza??

turns out it’s 30$ for missable tasteless pizza and 6 wings that were supposed to be chicken. Don’t know what they tasted like.
Forgot half the order so had to wait an extra 10 min.

Placed an order at 10:08 p.m. It is 12:10 a.m. no food was delivered. Got charged for the food $60+ . We did not get a single call or text from the store. Just kept getting notifications from the website that it was still being prepared. Waited for nothing. If I could give zero stars, I would.
