They were completely out of straws and napkins when we went. Someone from the back came out and yelled at the girl taking our order, in the middle of us talking to her, and they didn't tell us there was going to be a wait on the wings. We heard them calling for a drop after we had already been sitting and waiting for about 10 minutes. The food was good though.

They are getting better, the wait was a reasonable time. Our food was fresh and the lady at the drive thru was friendly. I ordered wings and they gave me the sauce on the side, I think this was just a misunderstanding but it worked out ok.

If I could give a negative 5 star review I would. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had anywhere. Ordered in drive thru, pulled up and paid, was asked to pull forward, so I did. It's 100 degrees outside and I have a hungry toddler in the truck. We waited for well over 30 minutes watching at least 5 other vehicles behind us receive their food. So I pull back around to window to ask for a refund. Cashier doesn't say a word, walks away from window, comes back, no apologies and hands me the receipt and say the money was put back on your card, turns and walks away. So I call and ask for a manager, tell her what happend and she very rudely tells me "you can call back at 4pm and complain to someone else or you can call the number on receipt, then she hangs up on me. The level of rudeness is mind blowing. No customer service skills whatsoever. Will never go back!!!!

Sara Garcia manager needs to be fired rude to one her employees because not having a car and having kids have voice recording from Sarah being rude to an employee because of not having a car and disrespecting for this employee because of kids well Sarah Garcia have a lawyer on the phone rn because of this recording oh and btw just got another voice message from Sara threatening an employee have all on recording so Popeyes if you want the recordings I will send them
