Downgraded from a 5 star only because they’d run out of the food we traveled there for ?. But we loved everything we ate, anyway! Texas Bucket List (TV show) boasted this place was worth the travel!! Just ok. It seems that all restaurants in the area serving shrimp are pre breading them in panko instead of flour, maybe it’s easier but sure doesn’t taste the same. I told waitress easy on the breading she said they prepare them each morning for the day. The were butterflied and a nice size and reasonably priced compared to others in the surrounding area. Maybe two bites of coleslaw comes in tiny container and Barely got a handful of crinkle fries while my friend’s BLT...
Their seasoning the put on the Flounder is fantastic and I think their burgers are the best in town.They run out of items alot but, that's because they are made fresh and popular. My wife lives the Crabby Patty and it's hit or miss if they will have or notWe like Shempy's there food is always good.
