Service took a very long time, pulling in one of the machines didn’t work and the other looked like it had been hit by a car. After waiting around 7 minutes for someone to take our order they then came out with our drinks and I looked and saw this. Not sure what it is or was but I didn’t want to find out. Not too happy but will not be coming back.

Sonic is always good and fresh and on occasion when they do get it wrong the management and staff always work to make it right.
Ordered at 2:00pm a Dr Pepper, at 2:30 I pressed the button 3 separate times trying to get ahold of service. Already paid for it. At 2:45 I left never got my drink called and got a answering machine 3 times before someone finally answered so I could get my refund.

45 minutes to get a hot dog, cheeseburger, and bag of ice. Which we never would have gotten had we not finally left our stall and drove up to the window. Our food was cold and disgusting by the time we got it. We watched 10 other cars get served before us that came in after us. We still got charged for cold food and a 45 minute wait. Please see the receipt below!!! Worst food experience ever!!!! Last time we ever go to sonic.

We waited over 10 minutes at a stall and got no answer. Several cars around also waited before giving up and leaving. Even a simple check in to let us know they would be with us would have been nice.
