I typically order the crunch wrap supreme, however the employees continue to get my orders wrong when I ask for no sour cream. My wife has also reported that an employee left a smell of Marijuana in the ladies bathroom. We have seen her and other employees vaping while handling food in the kitchen, which is a health code violation.

This is the worst location I’ve ever eaten at. They refuse to take your order make me have to use the kiosk. The food taste horrible I regret eating here ever would rather eat somewhere else then here. I know it won’t change but I miss the old Taco Bell so bad. This is depressing to see it fall so far 😞

my order has been incorrect more than once or have been missing items. When calling to let y’all know the phone is busy after my first attempt on calling. I ordered chalupas & asked for steak instead of chicken & am so confused why I got SOFT tacos instead.
So when I called the MANAGER said youu ordered the #2 saying she heard me over the intercom but I’m like no ma’am I ordered a number 6 NOT the #2 & I even asked INSTEAD of chicken can I get steak instead. So another confusing question I have is where on the menu does the #2 have chicken? It has BEEF !!! So as a manager if she heard my order then she would’ve immediately known the #2 comes with beef & NOT CHICKEN & im 100% sure I said #6 CHALUPA bc I was on the phone & the person I was talking to even said youu ordered #6 chalupa w/ no sour cream, sub chicken for steak add spicy ranch !! Thanks TACO BELL.
