We spent our Thanksgiving here at Whataburger. It was actually pretty awesome! Javen is incredible, kind and patient with our pretty big group. We had a large order. He managed to get our order quickly, brought our meals out for us and made sure we had everything we need. The cooks did great ensuring everything was correct and the meals were fresh! It was a really great turn around for a Thanksgiving meal.

Wait, trapped, 25 minutes in the drive thru to get cold food. What's the deal with having to ask for napkins? Their food has become way too pricey. Chicken bites are now $1 a bite. And, been sitting under a heat lamp dried out.

I ordered food to take to work and it ask what sauce you want. I asked for 2 and did not get them. Now if it’s on the receipt it should be in the bag. This is not the first time it has happened. No napkins, salt & pepper, no utensils or straw. Once I get to work I can’t just leave. I guess from now on I will have to make sure I got everything I need in the bag. So much for making my mornings a little easier. The person that did bring me my food was very nice and friendly.
