Applebee's Grill + Bar

Service is non existent. I mean literally I was seated and no one came to me. I waited 15
minutes and the guy said about 3 times that my server was coming and she never did. 15 minutes later she came (looking dumb and not all there) and said she had no idea there were customers and that she was supposed to leave an hour ago. If this is the best they can do on the front end just imagine how bad it is in the back. I will never go back

Want to come on here and thank the manager Sheila for showing my husband and I the most amazing customer service in Rockwall. The food was excellent but the service was stellar. We will be going back very soon.

We've come here many times. Tonight Cameron was our server and he did an amazing job while being understaffed. He made sure our 3 kids got their food out before my husband and I, and kept checking to see how everything was going.

We had the best waitress. She would join our conversation for a minute here and there and didn't let our table cluttered with empty plates. Bacon Burger lunch special, so nothing elaborate. But that was a good burger. We were a group of girls meeting up after work and we have plans to do that again cause everything was great. Food, service, atmosphere and price were wonderful.

Came in on Thanksgiving and Sheila greeted us with a smile and wonderful hospitality!!! She made us feel welcome and like family!! Floretina was our server and she was totally amazing!! We had the Turkey dinner and it was so good!! Flo and Sheila made our day and experience awesome!! Thank you so much!!! You have made a couple of customers that will be back!!!

On 8/2/25 I vist this applebee's and I was very disappointed. They only had one server which was very nice but the food was horrible and everytime I went to the bar to ask for something the bartender completely ignored me the whole time at the bar. And the food was so cold and not cooked and I even throw up after I got done eating i will never eat here again and tell everyone that this applebee's location don't care about the customers. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!!!

Nick was a great waiter! He answered questions about the menu, had a positive attitude, made great suggestions, and was attentive. We enjoyed some table games during our visit. It was family friendly with great customer service and delicious appetizers for lunch.
