I usually don't write reviews, but this place gets a ONE STAR. The cake designer couldn’t even follow basic instructions for my wife’s birthday cake. There was no writing on the cake, and they didn't use the colors I requested. If the color I wanted wasn't available, a simple call would've fixed everything, but no one bothered. It's beyond me how someone can mess up clear directions and not even bother to double-check their work. Complete lack of care, sloppy and unprofessional.

Took my son for an ice cream tonight 4-9-25 at your location. Since it was late I took into consideration that I would order 2 scoops TO GO… we arrived at 9:52pm, the lights were still on inside and a worker was behind the counter. As I approached the store the worker flicked the inside lights off turned her back and walked out of sight.. the door was already locked & the OPEN sign was off, so we took our business to sonic! The current hours on your website & front door reads your open till 10:00pm. Have your hours changed?

The Rockwall location has employees that will acknowledge you. It has many delicious choices. The Rowlett location-not so much. The Rowlett location did not acknowledge me and had no vanilla ice cream. They could not make malts and something was wrong with the hot fudge dispenser.

Ice cream and staff were delightful.
However the floors need to be steamed or scrubbed. The facility is aging and little attention is being given to cleanliness.

Edit: This was at 11:45am on a friday.

Came to buy some ice cream and the store is closed. No sign, no indication of closure, no answer on the phone. Came well after opening time so not sure why they're closed.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. I had specifically ordered a pink heart-shaped ice cream cake with the message 'Happy Birthday Audrey' from a location that was not closest to me because they were the only ones that offered ice cream cakes. However, when I received the cake, I was informed that Teresa had misspelled the name as 'Aubrey'. Her attempt to correct it resulted in a very unattractive cake. To make matters worse, when I called to complain and request a refund, Teresa was rude and unhelpful, refusing to provide any alternative contact information for management. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received and will likely never use Baskin-Robbins again for a special occasion.

I ran in to use the restroom, and the bathroom was filthy. Health services need to come and check the place out immediately. There is mold on the sink. That’s very unacceptable.

Response to "owner": We were super calm. Everything happened how I explained. I'm sure you have cameras. I encourage you to watch them. My body language was calm. I didn't raise my voice or use profanity. I wasn't condescending. I ran a restaurant for nearly a decade. It seemed that she thought she would get in trouble for either transferring the ice cream in the bowl to a cone, starting over, or wasting a bowl. Everything rises and falls on leadership, or the lack thereof. Even if I definitively said "cup" by mistake, it's not hard to put what was in the cup in a cone or start over. It's a cost of doing business. The whole encounter was awkward just over putting ice cream in a cone, and frankly your public response outting your employee's emotions is interesting. After her full, bare hand was in the ice cream cone, I merely said, "we're good", and we walked out. I'm not interested in consuming an ice cream cone that a dirty hand was inserted into to pull it apart from the others.

I truly feel sorry for your employee that a mere request to please transfer ice cream from a cup to a cone in a peaceful manner resulted in her confusion and uncontrolled emotions.

Braums was slammed, so I came here for the first time. Store was empty. I should have known better. I said I wanted two scoops in a cone. They were put in a cup. I stated I would prefer a cone. I was told she could put a cone on top of the ice cream. That's pointless. I asked if it could just be shoved in a cone. She reluctantly asked which cone. I said a waffle cone. She pointed at them and I said yes. She put her whole ungloved hand in the cone to separate them. My daughter said she could see the grime under her fingernails. I don't spend money somewhere to feel like an inconvenience. We walked out without purchasing anything. When we were outside, my family even told me that I said cone at the beginning.

the lady working the front was rude, i’m not sure if it’s because she was working by herself or something but i felt uncomfortable. she kept cutting me off and would turn her back while i was talking and answered with her back turned. the drink was also made incorrectly due to her cutting me off while telling her my order, probably won’t be back due to her negative energy. i understand we have bad days but it doesn’t make it right to be rude & mean to the next person.

Terrible customer service, i’m not sure if it was cause i’m black or if she was having a bad day. she’s heavy set and caucasian .. didn’t even wait for me to finish my order she just turned around while i was talking, but when another person of her color came in she was talking all nice. will not be back.

Customer service was horrible. Only one person working and when I went to pick up an order, employee rudely told me to wait for everyone else before I get the order. I didn't mind waiting, but could've at least been nice about it and not rudely tell me to wait.
