We walked in at 9:13pm first of all everything was up for people not to sit when the hours says y’all close at 10. there’s a blonde lady that has tattoos (just so y’all know who it is) i asked for a milkshake and she said they couldn’t do it because they were about to close (keep in mind it’s 9:17pm. It was a big group and she was. yelling not. only to the cos tru need but to the. employee super unprofessional it made us not want to order anything from here. hope y’all get her fired.

This manager is insanely rude!!?? She was a white lady. We walked in and she immediately spoke to us with an attitude. Rolled her eyes when we asked her a question and then just stopped answering us. So unprofessional.

This establishment really needs to train their employees better. The white lady who I think was the manager was extremely mean and rude. Made the entire experience unwelcoming, we left without getting anything.

I’m usually a Cold Stone fan, but I decided to try this ice cream parlor. Unfortunately, never again.
I visited the Rockwall location late at night a couple of days ago, and I did not feel welcome. The woman working there was busy with a cake and made it clear that serving us was an inconvenience. She rushed us through our order, wasn’t friendly at all, and waited until the payment went through before even handing us our ice cream.
I couldn’t help but wonder if it was because of my ethnicity or accent, which made the experience even more upsetting. Whatever the reason, I left feeling disrespected and completely unwelcome.

Went in to order a sundae, the person who appeared to be the manager was a white lady who was very mean and made the entire experience extremely uncomfortable. She was berating her employee the entire time, and even had an attitude with me when all I did was answer her question and ask her how her day was. The employee appeared to be trying their best to follow her orders as she was barking them at him, but she would not even let him get something done before she barked more. I was gonna order something else but I felt too unsafe in such a hostile environment to, so I left as fast as I could. She attempted to make a joking comment with me in what seemed to be an attempt to lift the mood, but I was just trying to get away from the store as fast as i could. I love the ice cream, but that worker is the reason I will be choosing to go somewhere else for my ice cream from now on. That experience, and the fact that the scoops I was given were also very small compared to the other times I have gone are far more than enough for me to decide to never return to this location unless I am sure she will not be there.

Just left there (Sunday 8/31 @ 4:05), didn't have a very good experience so we are unlikely to go to this location again. The lone employee was not friendly at all and gave noticeably smaller scoops than we've ever gotten elsewhere. She accidentally got one scoop too large so I watched her drop it back in the bucket and proceed to cut off more of it than she should have.
Always been a good place to stop great location. Plenty of parking definitely recommend it. My kids love this place

I usually don't write reviews, but this place gets a ONE STAR. The cake designer couldn’t even follow basic instructions for my wife’s birthday cake. There was no writing on the cake, and they didn't use the colors I requested. If the color I wanted wasn't available, a simple call would've fixed everything, but no one bothered. It's beyond me how someone can mess up clear directions and not even bother to double-check their work. Complete lack of care, sloppy and unprofessional.

Took my son for an ice cream tonight 4-9-25 at your location. Since it was late I took into consideration that I would order 2 scoops TO GO… we arrived at 9:52pm, the lights were still on inside and a worker was behind the counter. As I approached the store the worker flicked the inside lights off turned her back and walked out of sight.. the door was already locked & the OPEN sign was off, so we took our business to sonic! The current hours on your website & front door reads your open till 10:00pm. Have your hours changed?
