We went in there at 9:40pm and ask the girl if we can have a tub of chocolate chip ice cream and the girl yelled oh my God and rolled her eyes and look at the clock and then the other girl was making a shake for a customer and when another customer came into the store she through the blender into the sink and said really.They get made every time we come in one hour before they close if they don’t like it the should change there hours to like 9:30pm then and by the way we come in they every time and get a 1 pint of chocolate chip ice cream about once every week so we will stop going to Baskin-Robbins and this still is going on.we just wanted to be treated fairly and to see smiling faces when we come in the door and not to be rude to customers.Hopefully we I’ll here back from y’all soon thank you.??

Out of pre packed chocolate chip. But they have it there. So they charge you nearly double for the same ice cream that’s also behind the counter. What a scam.

Last time I came they didn't have banana and they have bad service, they didn't let us sit down at 9. I used to enjoy this place but the service is horribly bad and staff they have mad faces when they see customers

ICECREAM cake was amazing but the customer service was horrible they were so rude and disrespectful I just went in today and gosh I have never felt so upset and disrespected I have lived down the street of here and have visited this place many times but today was just unacceptable

Let me start by saying that I’ve been a customer for 45 years. Not of this “brand”, obviously, but of the concept. I’ve patronized this particular franchise since I moved here in 2011. The quality and service are now hot trash. It pains me to say this, because I love to support businesses that are consistently “consistent”. This place has removed itself from any future business from me. $9 for a junior dip and a single, IN A CUP, is beyond ridiculous. The amount of ice cream was equivalent to what they wash off of the utensils they use. My reviews are 99% positive, so I’m not a typical Rockwall a-hole looking for a freebie. I’m just disappointed. Save your money.

Be sure you show up WAY before they close because if some punk teenagers are working they’ll lock the door 15 minutes to closing when they see you parking.
Been coming here for months now and probably some of the best employees! They are not the typical 9-5 employees if you actually have a little confidence to talk to them. They are incredibly friendly and my visit there is usually the highlight of my day!

Only one star because I couldn’t leave a review without it. Usually good service, but tonight the lady had visitors she was talking to behind the counter, and their conversation seemed more important than waiting in customers, so we left and went somewhere else. The visitor came out and said she was also a customer, but since she was also behind the counter, I don’t think so. If this is how it works, next time I’ll go behind the counter too, and start scooping my own ice cream.
