The Rockwall location has employees that will acknowledge you. It has many delicious choices. The Rowlett location-not so much. The Rowlett location did not acknowledge me and had no vanilla ice cream. They could not make malts and something was wrong with the hot fudge dispenser.

I had the most yummy ice cream with warm brownie yesterday at this location. I had been here last year but the seats and the tables were sticky; however this time everything was clean and the whole process and service went rather smoothly, so I thought I'd leave a review. I ended up having the Jamocha almond fudge ice cream over a warmed over brownie. This only cost about $5, as opposed to some competitors who mix things into their ice cream who tend to be $8 for just a small...

I ordered a birthday cake with barely 24 hours notice yesterday. The team today bent over backwards to make it happen for me — even with the extra customizations. They were short staffed (I think I only saw two people working today!) and had to call someone in early but they made it happen and rushed the order to make sure I made it back to my child’s party in the nick of time. They were so kind and understanding and I cannot express how immensely grateful I am. They deserve...
