I mean its wings.. a little pricey for decent wings but good cold.beer and plenty of tvs. Great place for catching a game with friends

Wings were very over cooked and very dry the inside of the restaurant was around 60 degrees i had to grab my wife a blanket out of the truck as they told us the servers were not doing patio service

We were sat at a dirty table and then waited over half an hour for two orders of wings before we left without being served- no communication from the waitress on why the order would take so long. The thing that made us finally decide it was time to leave was when a table that arrived much later than us was served before us with more food than we ordered. There was no reason for any of this, it was 2pm on a Monday and was not that busy.

Unfortunate experience here. No issue with the server, but with kitchen staff and no care from the kitchen manager Geo. I asked for my check to clock in the time. 10:31pm which you can see on the receipt. Didn’t receive the cookie until 11:20 after waiting multiple times. On top of that the waitress serving alcohol at this time to her patrons. Took to time to belittle me making fun of how upset I was to her patrons. Very unprofessional and she is the lead trainer. At the end of the day this buffalo will stay the same and nothing will change other than the improved renovation they received. It’s just sad. People work hard for there money and just want to come eat and receive good service and go home. And yes owner of this Buffalo Wild Wings I will go to the site and fill whatever it is out and still nothing will change because of the past reviews are all the same. Ridiculous.

It took a minute for the food to come out but it was with a smile. The service was ok. The waitress let us know it was her first day so we expected a bit of a delay. Id have to say that going there is hit and miss. Depends on who is cooking and who is serving. I've had great experiences and bad ones. Still I wouldn't take it off my list, it is the type of place that can be great with a few friends to enjoy the TV s, drinks or atmosphere on a Friday night or Monday night football game.
On June 7, 2025 around 3pm My Wife and I stopped in for a beer and some wings. Walking into the bar area with no acknowledgement from the Bartender (Chelsea) who was having a conversation with another couple at the bar there was only one other person there besides us and the other couple when we sat down. We weren't asked if we needed anything to drink or order as the bartender was having a conversation with the couple. After waiting for a bit there was no break in the conversation so we could order. I interrupted the Bartender and asked if we could get a beer, he said just a minute, after a little bit she got us a beer and just place some menu's down then went back to her conversation. We were never asked if we wanted to order I again had to interrupt the conversation to ask if we could order some wings again told to wait a minute. She finally came and ask what we wanted and I said some wings or did we need to go to Hooters to get some. The Bartender said "If thats what we wanted to do" I asked to see the Manager she questioned that and I said yes I want to speak to the Manager. She came from behind the bar walked around to I guess was the Manager and had a lengthy conversation with him. The Manager (Alex) then came around to the Bar and asked if there was an issue. I then explained the happenings and his response was "she was having a conversation with a customer. I then asked were we not Customers? or Patrons? that needed Service. I then asked for our check as my wife was afraid to order and have the same Bartender deliver our food. There was only 5 people at the Bar 2 couples which 1 was us and a single. Bartender very terrible poorly trained as the Manager

Service is horrible! It took maybe 10min to even be greeted & seated by someone. Waitresses would just walk by. Our waitress was horrible. We had to ask for refills. Food was good. We had wings & burgers. Mango habanero way too spicy compared to other wing places.

This is the second worst experience I have ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. We waited over 1 hour for our food to get there. We ordered the special they had which is 2 entrees 2 sides and 2 drinks for $20. When the wings finally got to us my wife's were okay but my 10 boneless were cold so I sent them back after trying both flavors. Taking a little bite off of each one to realize that both flavors were cold, all they did was throw them back in the fryer and the reason I know this is because when they came back out to us they were still cold and just dark. The fries were hot. The waiter was horrible don't remember his name but my wife ate 3 of her 6 wings and I ate 4 of the 10 I had. I couldn't make myself eat the burnt disgusting wings I was presented with. I will not return to this location and possibly not a bww again.
