Service is horrible! It took maybe 10min to even be greeted & seated by someone. Waitresses would just walk by. Our waitress was horrible. We had to ask for refills. Food was good. We had wings & burgers. Mango habanero way too spicy compared to other wing places.

This is the second worst experience I have ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. We waited over 1 hour for our food to get there. We ordered the special they had which is 2 entrees 2 sides and 2 drinks for $20. When the wings finally got to us my wife's were okay but my 10 boneless were cold so I sent them back after trying both flavors. Taking a little bite off of each one to realize that both flavors were cold, all they did was throw them back in the fryer and the reason I know this is because when they came back out to us they were still cold and just dark. The fries were hot. The waiter was horrible don't remember his name but my wife ate 3 of her 6 wings and I ate 4 of the 10 I had. I couldn't make myself eat the burnt disgusting wings I was presented with. I will not return to this location and possibly not a bww again.

Not quite what it was before, still decent though!. You just have to stay on top of them to get enough sauce/fries or anything, this one seems to cut corners. Friendly place though.

Awful service for to-go orders
It has happened 2 times now. 10 piece nuggets I get 7 once and 8 the next. The appetizer portion isa joke. 20 bucks for 8 nuggets and a Handful of wedges. Done ordering at this restaurant.

I did a walk in take out order and the food was awful. The staff was great and I had no trouble with them so I got my food and went home. Right when I got home I opened my to-go bag and saw that the side of regular fries that I had ordered were absolutely rock solid. You can immediately tell they were stale and had been sitting out for over an hour at least. Tried one fry and you would have thought they were a week old just by the crunch…ROCKSOLID. Not only was the quality terrible but charging me almost $4 for a regular side of fries and only giving me less than a cups worth is garbage! Then to top it off I only received 5 wings after ordering the 6 pcs. Paying $15 for this meal is absolutely insane and I wish I would have checked the order before I left. The front staff was awesome but the kitchen needs to step it up. 100% unhappy.

Ordered take out got there to pick up food no one was there to greet us and had to wait waited so long me my two daughters and husband had enough to run to the bathroom and the car when someone finally did come up to us she wiped her hands on her dirty shirt and said name on order gave her my name and she gave us our food when we got home we realized food was cold and tasted as if it’s been sitting out wayyyyy longer then we ordered it and so we had warm all the food up and now me and my family are sitting here all sick to our stomachs literally running back and forth to bathroom and feeling nauseous never again BUFFALO WILD WINGS IN ROCKWALL COUNT YOUR DAYS

Horrible experience. It took over 10 minutes for our server to find our table. We ordered an appetizer that showed up after our meals. I got the Buffalo chicken sandwich, and my wife got the Buffalo wrap. We've both had food poisoning all evening. I'm calling the Rockwall health department tomorrow to request an inspection.

Took forever and sent out with partner order missing. When asked for pick up order, they kept saying 5mins, meanwhile girl behind the counter was putting on makeup and five staff members were standing about. Wings we did get home with were hard as rocks - waaaaay over done! Most of the carrots and celery were mushy and brown. When called manager to ask about missing wings, he was not apologetic, even saying the wait was due to them being busy. Nope- there were 6 groups dining in and one ahead of me in pickup wait. Rude service and poor quality food that cost way too much. I’ll be getting my wings at Wing Stop from now on.

Got seated quickly but that was the only good thing that happped. Waited at the table for 15 minutes to get our drink order out in while people who came in after us got waited on. Ended up just walking out and no one tried to stop us. Two waitresses were by the computer just talking to each other. Edit : I filled out the form, but no one ever reached out. Just poor service all around.

Ordered a to go order for a future time, and it was prepared when I placed the order (6 hours too soon). When I went to pick it up they gave the 6 hour old food. When I went back in to tell them it was cold they gave me a hard time and said “that’s the way it is”. After arguing for a few moments a second person came over and offered to have the order remade. After 45 minutes it came out, and I left. When I got home I realized part of my order was missing still. 0/10 recommend
