This was the first time for us to enter into this establishment. The lady at the front desk was phenomenal. She was so fun and kind and efficient. Everyone there had a great attitude. It made our first visit enjoyable.

We had the best dining experience here! Gram Gram was the sweetest and explained all the new food items they offer now. She checked in with all the guests including us throughout our dining experience to make sure we were happy with the food we received and made sure the restaurant was clean. I am very honored to have met you Gram Gram and hope to dine with Rockwall Carl’s Jr again soon! It was a pleasure to meet you and it was a very pleasant experience all around!

I have only dined here twice, but I will be coming in more. Sheila is an absolute delight! The food was fine, but the service and friendliness was exceptional!!! We all loved Gram Gram!!!!
Kid-friendliness: Sheila immediately welcomed my grand baby, Mila. Mila loved her and blew her kisses, which is rare for strangers. Mila knew she wasn’t a stranger. She is now her Gram Gram :)

I've stopped here about 10 times since I moved here in 2020, and have yet to have a bad experience at this location. I absolutely love how patient the workers are when I order for my family of 7. Everywhere else I have gone I get sighs and attitude because I have big orders, never have I felt uncomfortable ordering a big order here. I'm very grateful for that and will be coming more than I do because of the customer service.
