The bartender, waitress and staff did a great job with as many customers as was there. It took a bit of time to get the food out but the food was very good. One of the owners came by and gave us a complimentary drink for our wait and checked on us on several occasions. We will definitely be back.

Where to begin.... The menu with our name on it and the glass of Prisoner at $9 were the two best things of the night. It was SO unorganized which reflected in the service and the food. It was a 4 hr night because it was so unorganized It took me 30 mins to get my first drink We never got a water refill our food took 45 mins to get first course which we had to share Then at least another 30 mins to get our salad and 5 mins later we received the main course. So juggling salad and main course at the same time Dessert follow somewhat quickly after Over all it's was an extremely disappointing Valentine's dinner for what would have cost us the same on a regular at Trulucks. I would not recommend on a busy holiday again

We came for Valentine's dinner we ordered food and drinks within the first 5 to 10 minutes, after an hour We finally received our spinach artichoke dip which came out very watery and sent it back we then received our Caesar salads, which were fine. But because the food was taking so long, and food was getting sent back all around us, we decided to leave ruining our Valentine's Day. The whole thing was very unorganized and underwhelming. I know other customers were also very upset some waiting 20 minutes to just get water. We ended up getting fast food and going home.

It was a nice atmosphere and the waitress was prompt coming to take our order and refill our drinks. We started off with the Queso dip and chips and those were wonderful. The queso didn't taste like it was made with processed cheese like most are. I had the miso glazed salmon and black rice with Brussels. The salmon was excellent but a tad overcooked for my liking. The side of Brussel sprouts were off the chain good! My husband had the fish stick and was not entirely happy with them. He said they were not really juice but not entirely dry, it was fine. He was hoping to get fish fillets. The fries on the other hand were really delicious. Overall it was a pretty good experience. We'll probably be back to try something else.

We had a reservation for 1 1/2 hours before a concert at the venue. Although we had good service from the waitstaff, it seemed as though the kitchen was overwhelmed. Our food was good but didn't' arrive for over an hour and half from ordering. Patrick, the bar manager was AWESOME! Knowing our food was late, he moved and sat us in the back of the concert venue and served us there. We totally had the best seats in the house and he even comped our dessert. Things happen, and we really appreciated that they made the best of the situation. It was a magical evening with Troy Ramey in their beautiful ballroom overlooking the lake. We will be going back!

The view is amazing, and the service was excellent. The food was nothing special, very bland and too many corners were cut.

The bartender seemed overwhelmed, no doubt working hard, but no one was helping him. My waitress was very kind. I had to get up and walk to the bar to order a drink for my wife at one point and stood there for 15 minutes before placing a drink order due to no added help to the bartender. The food was decent, but I was disappointed. The menu on OpenTable has a ribeye and a filet listed. That is not an option on their physical menu. What I went to try was not offered.

Fabulous food!! Fabulous service!! No softness to the walls, ceiling, or floor. The noise and echo was aggravating. Will tolerate for the menu, perfectly executed meals, and staff.

Salt and pepper shakers are needed at each table. The servers wear super short skirts, like barmaids and for the restaurant, and they should be better dressed. The food was very good and the server was attentive. The main reason we go to this restaurant is for the beautiful views of the lake.

We waited an hour and 45 min for our food. They did give us a free drink. There were 6 of us and only three had a drink. They also deducted some off the cost. We had our 50th anniversary party there 4 years ago and it was great. we had the whole place. Then they closed down for a few years and just opened back up a few months ago. We wanted to go back on our anniversary but we won't be back.

Well the greatest thing about this evening was the view of the sunset, it was beautiful. The food was ok nothing spectacular and our server was no where to be found. Was the worse service we have ever had at a restaurant, we always had to ask someone else for refills and even the check. Definitely can find way better food and service elsewhere.

What a beautiful and versatile venue! I was there during the noon day, but I could only imagine what it looks like as the sun sets over the lake!

Reservation was not honored, table was stolen. SS Lounge was too small (standing room only) for the band (Texas Country Boys) finally got a table and it was great other than the fact that people kept walking in and out of the sliding doors constantly, creating an even more chaotic environment. There was a small toddler near the bar and a young kid on the “dance floor” (this was in no way a “family friendly event) (VERY Loud) LEAVE your babies and children with a sitter!!!!!!! Food was even worse than usual. There is so much potential but the menu needs more options and better food with consistent execution. Some Tex Mex options like queso and tacos would be amazing!! The “Waygu” burger is definitely not Waygu and doesn't need to be, (it's dry and flavorless) it's also the exact same thing as the one at Dudley's but for some reason the one at 501 is more expensive. Also, this is not “high end” food. If you want spectacular high end food go to Avanti in Dallas.
