My daughter's family wanted to come over to our house after shopping and offered to bring food from Chili's. I had never been there before and my daughter asked me to order online and they would pick the order up. Ordering online was surprisingly easy and making options for the standard entrees was easy to figure out and change. The order was ready as promised by the stated time. My order was the surf and turf sirloin (with mac and cheese), which was the most expensive item that the family ordered. The mac and cheese was almost inedible because it was too salty. The shrimp were too spicy and the steak was way overcooked. The only good thing was the broccoli. I'm not so sure I would try Chili's again unless choosing something else to see any difference. Not in any hurry to do so however.

This has been the best experience at a Chili's I've ever had and it was because of our waitress named Lisa! I highly recommend you eat here and ask for her! If waitressing was an Olympic category she would bring home the Gold Medal for team U.S.A.! Her timing is quick and precise! Her fast refills kept me hydrated at a level I've never experienced before! 5/5 stars and 7/7 Dragonballs!

Really cold inside the restaurant when we got there & it was pretty windy outside. We asked the hostess why it was sooo cold & apparently she said something & they turned the air off or up. The wait staff were timely & kept our drinks full & consistently checking on us.

I really enjoy coming here! The vibe is relaxed, the food is good, and I come because I genuinely like the place. That said, there’s one small but consistent issue I keep running into that I wish could be improved.
Whenever I order an appetizer along with my main course, the timing is almost always off. The appetizer either comes out incomplete, at the same time as my entrée, or immediately after my main dish arrives. For me, the whole point of an appetizer is to enjoy it before the main course, so it’s a little frustrating when this keeps happening — especially since it’s been consistent across multiple visits.
I know I could technically wait to order my main, but servers are usually very attentive at the beginning of my visit and encourage ordering everything upfront. After the food comes out, though, I rarely see anyone again; refills are hard to get, and I often end up checking myself out on the kiosk anyway.
I’ve noticed there’s usually a main manager on the floor, so I’m hoping this is something that can be easily fixed by staggering tickets or sending appetizers separately before the entrée is fired. I really like this spot and want to keep coming back — I just wish the flow of service matched how good everything else is.

Wow everytime i have come here to this location the service has always been amazing but today’s vist really went above and beyond my server Diego was extremely attentive and friendly he always talked to me with such amazing energy the food was delivered quick and tasted amazing Shout out Diego for such friendly service a favorite !

My server was Kat, she was an amazing server, she was incredibly attentive, quick, she always made sure we were okay, and our drinks felt bottomless. She double checked our food and made sure everything was right. If she wasn't busy, she made sure the building looked spotless. If you come here ask for Kat!! She's awesome.
