You like ice cream, then this is the place. You can make up your mind with so many flavors. I’ve been going to this place for years every time I swing by in Rockwall. Great flavor and taste. You MIST try it.

Our experience was terrible. Two of the three teenagers working there were acting like they were at a slumber party instead of work. I witnessed one of them, a blond girl, grab the ice cubes for my smoothie with her bare hands twice. Then as she brought it to the register, she and the dark skinned girl man handled my smoothie, giggling as they discussed wether it looked like a smoothie or not. After a bit, they laughed and pointed at the edge of the smoothie dripping. Then they BOTH ran their finger around the edge of my glass, laughed some more and then offered the drink to me. At that point, I refused to take the drink and told them I no longer wanted it. They seemed confused by this and offered to make me another one. I politely declined, considering the process probably wouldn't change. After reading the other reviews of this store, there seems to a pattern with the same immature employees. Bad for business to see they still have a job. One employee, taller than the others seemed to snap out of her slumber party mode and actually made my husband's ice cream and didn't charge us for it. This also seemed to be the popular place for young teenage girls too come in and sit on the floor to charge their phones. As we waited, two different groups of young girls came in to charge their phones and congregate on the floor. Obviously, whoever owns this store has no idea how to run a business.

Run by stuck up, entitled 17yr olds, only 2, absolutely no adults, I will say that the manager maybe, the dark skinned girl with wavy hair on a ponytail, was ok and better than the white girl. But still, On top of being stuck up, little sarcastic teens, they also STEAL. Me and my friends went yesterday, October 24, at around 7:20-7:30pm and bought 3 ice creams, 2 large, and a medium, when we payed, the white girl said it was $28. And some cents, I payed 20,and my friend payed 20,yet she only gave my friend about 1.60 back, we were careless and I didn't know my friend gave a 20 too so I thought a dollar was the actual change. Until later on when he realized I gave a 20 and he gave a 20 yet he only got $1.60.and it's not like the girl did that by accident, she knew well I gave a 20,since she made a sarcastic remark about 20 not being the total we had to pay(when all she had to do was wait for my friend to pay the 2nd part). It was stupid on our part to not check right away, but it's also incredible how that girl just straight up stole from a costumer. Don't recommend, and if you're that desperate, check and always get your receipt.

The ice cream here is excellent and the staff is awesome. Especially Justice, she was so kind to me and my daughter. 5/5 best coldstone creamery I've been to!

Extremely dirt and bad. As I walked in the lady didn’t even greet me! Instead she just says what the h- do you want b- words I told her that I barely got in and to stop being rude so after that I ask for my ice cream and well she sneezes in my face and scratches her behind with her bare hands AND NOT TO MENTION SHE USES THE SAME HAND TO GRAB ICE CREAM WITH HER BARE HANDS? so I went up to her and said where’s the scooper to pick up the ice cream she just says “Man shut your mouth” At this point I just walked out of this place and well the lady goes outside and yells “Where’s my tip cheapskate” and I just had to ignore it HorriblePlace AVIOD THIS PLACE PLEASE PEOPLE IF YOU WANT A TREAT JUST GO TO SWEET FROG OR BRUMS PLEASE AVIOD THIS PLACE!!!!!

What’s the criteria to employ at this location?, ice cream is more expensive, the teens they employ don’t even seem to clean before mixing another persons order and it’s best to have them use a face mask , this location needs to get it together

went in on september 9 around 9pm. waited 20+ minutes to order and there was only a couple people in front of us. workers were messing around and didn't seem to know what they were doing. gave us the icecream without asking if we wanted any add ins and then we waited another 10 minutes to pay because no one was at the register. they claimed they were "out" of a lot of flavors but i have a feeling they just didn't want to replace them. the one girl employee walked out into the lobby ignoring the people in line and proceeded to hang out and talk to her friends. unless they fix their staff i won't be back

Great place! Service was quick and the staff was super friendly. I've been going there for the past year now and would go all the time if I could. The manager in particular does an amazing job and is very respectful and kind. Lastly, the staff always does their best and gives excellent customer service!

Service was slow and person helping us defiantly had a racial bias towards us which wasn’t deserved. The person had their back to us for more than a couple of minutes. Then gave us a blank stare, didn’t offer toppings and then was very aggressive with my card at checkout. Very disappointed and wish I could get a refund. Go somewhere else!
