Naomi at was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, she was friendly, patient, and had a positive attitude. She took the time to make great recommendations, and made sure everything was made perfectly. The ice cream was delicious, but her kindness and professionalism made the experience even better. We will definitely be coming back, and we hope to see her again! Thank you for the excellent service!
I love going to the CS at the Harbor in Rockwall! Even when it's busy with a line I always get excellent service. The new manager Avery has SUCH good energy and she was literally smiling the entire time she was helping the packed house. 10/10 would recommend.
