This place is amazing my first time also going there!! They greet customers very well and with respect, Also the store is very organized and clean!! I ordered a banana pudding shake and it was over the tops good!! 10/10 recommend this beautiful well organized location in Rockwall, Tx!! By the way the prices matches the delicious taste and well served customer service!

Always absolutely love it here. The people are always so kind and welcoming. As a regular at this establishment, the workers always make me feel like family.
While they do get busy a lot (because of the amazing ice cream!), there can be a wait sometimes, but it always worth it!
The manager is especially nice and hard working and he always does his best to keep the store looking tidy.
Anyways, always love this store and I hope people give it the attention...

Cold Stone Creamery never disappoints when it comes to their ice cream—it’s always rich, creamy, and full of flavor! The mix-ins are fresh, and the combinations are endless, making it a go-to spot for a sweet treat.

That said, the service was a bit on the slow side during my visit, and there wasn’t much seating available, which made it tough to enjoy the experience fully. It would be great if they could improve the speed and add a few more spots to sit...
