This is my absolute favorite ice cream shop. However, I visited the store on Monday Monday afternoon. Actually later towards the evening around 6:00. There were two nice ladies working the front but by disturbing site allowed me to see them with gloves on their hands. They appear to be taking inventory of writing, cleaning, and handling the food all at the same time. No change of gloves at the time in seeing them clean and take those same hands and pick up the cake was really...

As soon as we got in, we noticed a stench. As we walked closer to the counter, the smell got worse, like spoiled milk and dirty rags. We also noticed trash piled up in the back.
Would recommend washing their rags and mops more frequently.
Nonetheless, the service was good.
