Juan was our server tonight and was very attentive and sweet. He checked on us multiple times and was very quick to get us anything we needed! The food was great, we'll definitely be back!

Sam was very personable. He explained they were also serving a party of 40 in the back room, so we allowed for that . He did check on us periodically . We were disappointed they ran out of silverware , which was strange. It was hard for my husband to cut his blt with a plastic knife!

My wife and I stopped into Cotton Patch for dinner the other night. The food was good. Our server, Shayla, was also great. All in all, it was a good meal and good service.

Our server, Shayla, provided such a positive experience for my boyfriend and I’s anniversary dinner. She made sure that everything was ordered correctly, our drinks were never empty, and even took time out of her shift to create conversation and connect with the customers. Her positivity and willingness to make sure everyone has a good experience at Cotton Patch should not go unnoticed.

Don’t do it. Service takes WAY too long. Food is always delivered cold. Staff honestly doesn’t seem to care.

Horrible service. No silver ware. No napkins. Asked for these and server never bothered to bring them. Finally got someone else to bring them. By then food was halve cold. Waiter never come back to check on me. Finally flagged him down and asked for check. He brought back an electric devise to take payment, asked me if I know how to work it then dropped on table and ran off. A back story, I last dined there about 4 years ago and was treated the same way. Once is just a bad day, two times is a pattern. Will never go back
