So delicious!!! And Faith was so kind! She has great customer service and personality. I’m coming back at least once a week. The food is delicious! I got the Cobb salad. Healthy and delicious food options! The low calorie agua frescas are also super delicious!

I really want to love Crisp & Green in Rockwall—But unfortunately, every single time I’ve visited, the rice has been hard and undercooked. It’s frustrating because it completely throws off the experience, especially when you’re paying for a fresh, well-balanced bowl.
I keep hoping it’ll be better the next time, but it’s consistently the same issue. I hope management addresses this soon, because this place has so much potential.

We have been to this place several times in the past. The first few times that we ate here, it was good and we had no issues. Then, they started charging significantly more for the same bowl that we always got and the employees were not friendly. So, we decided to give it another try yesterday (Saturday) for lunch. We walked in and the three employees there barely looked at us and ignored us. We stood at the counter for about 2 min before anyone acknowledged us. Then, the female employee said someone would be with us. We waited another 1-2 minutes and a male employee walked over to us. He didn’t smile, greet us, or even asked what we wanted. He acted like we were an inconvenience to him. He was SO unfriendly! Most places you go, the employees will at least greet you and ask how they can help you…..not here! After he made our bowls (which were not 100% correct), he rang us up. He mumbled our total and didn’t even thank us. Honestly, he looked like he was on drugs. Then, we asked for a fork (they were out in the canister). All three employees acted like we were bothering them. A male employee dropped off some forks in the canister and didn’t say anything. The whole experience was just not good. The food was “ok.” I don’t know how this place is still in business!
