Avoid this place. There is better bbq and service at any other place. Very stingy with meats. It may be weighed but they need to increase the weight for a $20 plate. Then when i asked for more bbq sauce they lazily gave me containers of COLD sauce which ruined the little meat i had. When i asked for cheese on baked potato casserole they put 3 strings. They must be taking it out of the employees' checks. Very stingy and bad service. Avoid this place!!!

What happened to the chicken? The last 2 times I've visited it's been very dry and not as flavorful as in the past. This used to be one of my go-to spots, and recently service can be hit or miss. Today it was good!

Ordered pickup and sent my son to pick up. We only got half of our order. I called and spoke to the “manager” and she at first tried to blame it on Uber. Once I told her we didn’t order from Uber and that it was my son she then said oh yea we have the other bag right here. I explained that we were having a Father’s Day dinner and the food would be cold by the time we got back now. She was then apologetic and said she would remake the whole order and he could go pick it up. Once he got there she said she wouldn’t remake it that she would only remake the food that was forgotten (fyi we did bring the rest of the food back untouched). Over $100 of cold soggy food! Happy Fathers Day from the girls at Dickys! Smh

We order Dickey's BBQ for all of our holiday dinners. So nice not having to cook and getting to spend quality time with family. Friendly staff, and great food!
This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know BBQ - Melt in your mouth, Large portions, and Fresh - and you can tell making their customers happy is their main priority. If you're looking for a place to bring the fam on Sunday kids 12 and under eat free! and the Ice Cream Machine is AWESOME!!

If you want somegood BBQ, I suggest coming here. It’s a hidden jewel in Rockwall. Their pork is 10/10! There’s new management so it’s way different than it was before so I totally recommend this place if you’re in the Rockwall area.

We first tried this restaurant two years ago and was not impressed. The place seemed dirty (I don't mean dirty tables dirty I mean gross ceilings, filthy windows, gunk all around the baseboards type dirty). It was dinner time and no one else's was in there. Food was just average. One man was working which I believe was owner or manager. I recently heard that as of June 2022 this restaurant underwent ownership change so excited to give them another try. Unfortunately same filth. The two people working while friendly didn't seem as trained. We placed or meat order, one worker put it on the plate, then time to pick out our sides which the other worker was supposed to do. Another customer came into the store for a to go order and suddenly both workers filling the to go order while our meat just sat there getting cold. We also ordered apple cobbler which was already in pre portioned little to go containers. We ate our dinner in the restaurant. The cobbler was cold like it came out of the fridge. Yuck. I'm really disappointed as we wanted to give new ownership a chance. They truly need to gut the place and redo the inside. It's just gross :(
