So disappointed this morning when Donut Station #4 lost my Birthday Donut order for my daughter and her teacher. I brought my order receipt order in to prove that I placed the order and they just kept questioning me. They even gave me a hard time because I placed the order 4 weeks ago.

Their donuts are usually good. A couple times they have been stale tho. Also if you are in a hurry before school— you might be late. There is no hurry to be had here. Slow but great service. Get there early !

Always friendly and super accommodating, and delicious donuts. We ordered specialty birthday donuts for my daughter with only 24hr notice, they came out perfect! We get regular donuts here on occasion, my husband is the donut lover, and it's the only shop he'll go to in Rockwall.
