Customer service needs to be improved. Took my family here and the employee was not talkative, could barely hear him, didnt smile or seemed to be in a good mood. I did not feel valued as a customer and I hope they teach their employees to improve or train on proper customer service, because customers are not going to want to return till this is corrected. Awful experience.

I got a bagel and the cream cheese spread had a clump of what looked like hard old cream cheese. The person who made this would not have eaten it so why give it to a customer? Customer service was good and they didn’t forget any items from my order like they often do. But the food quality is disgusting.

This is my favorite Dunkin… however I don’t know what happened here. I ordered a peppermint mocha. It’s just milk. Truly. Watery milk extremely bummed

The coffee quality at this location has really declined. I have been a Dunkin' customer for the past eight years, but this location has consistently disappointed me with its coffee. Whether it's a hot latte, hot cappuccino, or iced latte, I can't even taste any coffee in it. Instead, it's all hot milk or ice. I have complained about it multiple times to the area manager, but to no avail. Don't waste your money; spend that $6 somewhere else.

So this location is horrible, they don’t make the drinks right or the food bacon soft like gummy when it’s suppose to be crunchy and you want cold foam for the cookie brew drink and they give me none every time I come. Then if you complain or ask them to remake the drink they act like your the problem. So at this point I won’t be going back to this location. This Location sucks!

My daughter went in to grab a coffee and donut for us. The guy working the register gave her the wrong change (way less than on the receipt) and the coffee was lukewarm. I don’t think I’ve ever left a bad review for a restaurant, but trying to steal from my kid and serving trash coffee kinda deserves it.

I'm a self-aware Dunkin fanatic; as a non-coffee drinker their refreshers & frozen hot chocolate do it for me EVERY time. To say I have been to 40 (mostly in DFW) of the 110+ Dunkin's in Texas would be accurate. So, believe me when I say I have yet to come across a more CONSISTENT team of FRIENDLY & GREAT service as Dunkin's of Rockwall on Ridge St. I appreciate the folks who aim to do a good job & promptly fix mistakes when they occur. Very awesome good y'all, pls keep up the good work!

From the moment I pulled up to the speaker I felt rushed. I ordered two donuts and both were wrong. I asked for iced coffee with oatmilk and 4 creamers on the side. I ended up with a hot coffee with very little oatmilk and no creamer. I haven't been to this location in a year and now I remember why.

I thought I would be getting a nice, surprise breakfast for my family when I ordered 3 dozen donuts from Dunkin' Donuts today. What I received was three boxes of sadness.
Any glaze or icing present on any donut had been melted or absorbed creating an ugly mess that was incredibly unsatisfying to eat. The Bavarian Cream donuts looked like someone poked their finger through the top of it. The Crullers were very cold, like they had been refrigerated.
My kids barely even ate anything, due to this extremely disappointing quality. I think it says a lot when little kids won't even eat donuts.
