I come here every time they do pumpkin coffee I love it taste better then StarbucksI give it a 10 ratingWe're not far either I come to get french vanilla for a medium it's amazingIt's clean inside and outside don't have to wait a long time it's good for coffee when you need it they have always been here for what I need

Never disappointed, I’ve made lots of orders for pick up using the app and never missed an item. Staff is always super friendly, always with a smile even at 6:00am when many of us are kinda grumpy. Best coffee in my opinion.Vegetarian options: Many options for vegetarians. I am not, yet still love their meatless treats and savory bites.Parking: There are many parking spots around the building.

The delivery driver had not delivered my items after over 2 hours, and I live only 15 minutes away. When I text this person, named Rebecca, to inquire about the order, she initially acted like she did not know what I was talking about. Then she said that Dunkin’ donuts has messed up my order. I then text her a copy of my order. 5 minutes later my order was cancelled. I had saw on the map that her car was at Dunkin’ Donut at least an hour before I contacted her. I believe she was dishonest and somehow missed the order, and by the time I contacted her, the store was closed. She should have just been honest, but since she didn’t, she should be held accountable.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with this store. My and my mother’s coffee was bitter no flavor in the caramel macchiato that we ordered. Our sandwiches took forever and when we received them it was cold. GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE!!!Dietary restrictions: This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with this store. I have a crazy class schedule and come here almost every day before a long commute to school on weekdays. No matter what day or hour I come by, service is always amazing, everyone is so friendly and nice and my order is always right! Love this location and the workers so much!

We went thru the drive thru. The lady that took our order was very nice. I ordered my usual Bostin cream donuts. My daughter ordered the coffee rolls and an iced latte, and my husband ordered a pepper bacon sandwich. Everything was good.

Went on a Sunday morning, granted I understand it was super busy due to church crowd.However after waiting almost 30 minutes to get to the window to pay and receive my items : 1. the lady didn't know which order was mine. 2. my hot drink was COLD as if it had been sitting for a while and the cup was half full. 3. the whip cream in my ice drink started to sink to the bottom/ melt again as if it had been sitting for awhile. 4. mini bagel bites was cold and did not receive two orders like I had asked for.When I asked the window person to remake my drinks it was almost as if she was trying to pull any reason NOT to( granted I do get it, it was busy but if I am paying I do think I should get a GOOD quality beverage and not old and cold drinks).I Do think management NEEDS to step in more and work on properly handling the flow of the store and ensure drinks are being made right and are being handed out quickly and accurately.

If you have an actual life and a schedule and you don't have time, don't go here. Took me about 40 minutes to go through the drive through to pick up my mobile order. I was late for a meeting. Order was straightforward. The staff was nice, but still. I'm so bummed!

Customer service is good, however I just wish my drink would be made consistently the same. I get the same thing every time (iced toasted white chocolate latte) some days I get the whip cream with the topping and some days I don’t , whenever I ask if it’s supposed to get whip cream with the cinnamon sprinkles (depending who is working ) I get the “ we can add it” as if it’s not supposed to come with it or I get yes it’s standard part of the signature lattes. Would love clarification.

I walked inside and everything seemed clean. I had one of the best customer service interactions ever. The lady at the front at about 1:00 p.m. on Thursday was very enthusiastic, had good energy and very helpful. I hadn't walked into a dunkin' for about 20-30 years so the menu was pretty new to me. She very kindly explained the different kinds of coffee and that they serve breakfast all day. I had an assortment of donut holes and their hazelnut coffee all of which was very tasty. I left feeling pretty good and surprised at the extraordinary customer service received. I'll have to try one of their breakfast sandwiches in the future.
