Brunch time is always a promise of a good time! We came around 9:45am when all the moms and babies were having breakfast 😆 if you were expecting a peaceful breakfast, go to Panera. LOL
We loved the family style noise of a diner, the wafting aroma of food we couldn’t wait to devour.
This place is not your regular brunch place, we looked forward to trying as much of their proteins as we could too. We ordered their latte, espresso and tea, it was so-so, not expecting a coffeehouse drip or crazy latte art either.
Now for the proteins! We got Steak & Eggs, the Steak Skillet with hash browns and a fried jalapeño, then a Cajun Chicken & Waffles, and the Iron Man Scramble.
For the most part, visuals were wonderful, taste was on point, but the steak (we ordered Medium) was a bit tough. Maybe we’ll have to order it medium rare next time 😅
The winners: - the Ironman scramble tasted amazing, the sourdough it came with was a bit too much (2 thick slices OMG), needed a lot of jam and butter to make it shine. - the Cajun fried chicken made me turn red, it was smokin’ hot, but still very flavorful, great pairing with the waffles that had thick cut bacon in it - hash browns from the steak skillet won me over for the sides
Skip the generic breakfast joints, come here instead. 👍🏼

My breakfast of eggs with two sides was over cooked. The waitress never checked on out table until after we were all but finished eating. But then I had no desire to reorder. In addition, another patron at my table order steak and eggs and his meat was also over cooked.

Subpar cooking for average taste buds. No seasoning and def is giving (ROCKWALL 🤚🏻). They love cheese and the care with food is sloppy. The cheese is on one side of the dish instead of in the center or throughout. Proportions in food is also thrown. Waiters there are nice though.

The food here is always on point! Delicious favorites and new flavors, there's always something to satisfy every palate. The staff is friendly and eager to please, helpful and outgoing. The service is quick despite the usual crowd. If you plan on going definitely check the wait times and hop on the waitlist early during their busy periods, but even if it's packed, the food is worth the wait.

We were in the area and looking for breakfast... Google pointed us here. We are so glad it did. There was a group heading in ahead of us, and the place was pretty busy, but we were seated in very short order. Our server was very attentive and friendly. Our food came out quickly, and was fresh and delicious. The dining area was clean and filled with light, but was comfortable. This is a place my wife and I will be returning to. Top notch and highly recommended.

I always leave satisfied when I visit Eggsquisite. The atmosphere is buzzy and energetic. The staff is friendly, charismatic, and welcoming. By far my favorite breakfast spot for some delicious food and fresh hot coffee.
The spicy chicken and waffles are my new favorite. Everything about it is perfect. My go-to has always been the steak skillet for how filling it is, but the chicken and waffles do just that. A must try. Their omelettes are also a good option. Honestly, you can't go wrong with any selection at Eggsquisite.

It's okay. The eggs were good, like omelets and migas, but the hash browns were hit or miss (one persons was dry and burnt and the other persons was soft and underdone) and the pancakes were too sweet without any maple syrup to the point of inedible. So, I probably wouldn't come back here myself but if I come with a group again, I'd try to stick to just eggs. One other thing to note: the side of the restaurant that does not have the kitchen viewable was HOT and uncomfortable but when I went over to the other side to use the restroom it was nice and cool. Not sure you get much of a choice when they are busy as to where you sit but if this matters to you, know they do feel different. Of course the downfall is the side with the kitchen was also louder.
