Four Czechs Bakery is a must-visit spot for delicious kolaches and klobásník. The bakery is worth the hype, but make sure to come early as they sell out fast! The service is quick and friendly, and the ambiance is cozy with some seating available. The pastries are fresh, and arriving early ensures a wide selection of flavors. The strawberry cream, apricot, and cinnamon kolaches are absolutely amazing. Even for those who don't like sweets, this bakery is a favorite in DFW. Wonderful people making them, and wonderful food to be eaten. The crumbs over the top of the kolaches are PERFECT and the fruit filling is generous and fresh! Klobasniks were tasty and satisfying. The staff feels like family.
