The food here is absolutely amazing! Every dish was fresh, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick without feeling rushed. We have been to a few Genghis grills restaurants around the DFW area. Came to this one about a week ago. Staff was amazing super polite, attentive, check on us every few minutes it was great! Aaron the cook was amazing! Out of all the Genghis grills we have been to. By far hands down best cook EVER! Aaron did and amazing amazing job, if you ever go to the Genghis grill in Rockwall make sure you ask for Aaron! You will not be disappointed.

Food was ok, they were not terribly busy but the service was non existent. Our server walked past my bowl sitting on the counter twice knowing the rest of my tabel was half way through thiers, we had to tell her to go get it. Literally had to go get our own refills and to go boxes. Had to flag down another server to get our check so we could leave, hadn't been seen by ours in 20 minutes. Air conditioning was terrible as well, hard to eat while sweating. Time to find a different location for next time. Running out however as Mesquite has failed us multiple times already.
Manager of the store Katie is very unprofessional and should not be running a store. She has a mouth and attitude on her does not like too help customers. And also gives away orders without watching dashers confirm. Avoid this location at all cost. Sloppy work and overall 1 start rated that's being nice.
