Giovanni Italian Restaurant Reviews
Every time my grandma and I come into Giovanni’s, Regan always makes us feel welcome and appreciated, and the food is delicious!
I absolutely love this place! Would recommend!
We waited 15 minutes at our table before we had to find our own waiter to take our order.
The food was fine but not worth what came next.
They gave me a bill of $35.72 but after they ran my card they had charged me $158.05.
Yea, they took it back and voided the transaction but after they ran our correct bill we were in $190+ in to this restaurant until my bank decides I can have my money back.
The manager did not care even a bit.

Giovanni Italian Restaurant, located at the Harbor, offers delicious food and friendly staff. It is a favorite go-to and not your average Italian restaurant, with a charming atmosphere and a classy & fun vibe, including a separate bar. The Cobb salad and calamari remain highlights, featuring a flavorful batter and tasty Parmesan cheese. Appetizer standouts include the fried zucchini and crab cakes, beautifully complemented by marinara and remoulade sauce. The Raspberry Mojito is noted as one of the best ever tried. The fettuccine primavera is still outstanding, with fresh flavors that exceed expectations. The restaurant provides an extensive menu with options ranging from seafood and steak to pastas, along with delicious desserts, cocktails, and an excellent wine list. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a top-notch experience with consistent service. Giovanni is a gem worth the drive for anyone looking for exceptional Italian cuisine. They also have a fabulous gluten-free pasta option. The seafood dishes are excellent and made fresh, seeming to be from scratch. The lobster and shrimp lasagna and Fettuccine el Pesto were also very good. Recent guests praised the attentive, sociable server who ensured everything was perfect, and enjoyed dishes like calamari, gnocchi, and clam pasta. While some found the calamari had freezer burn, the gnocchi was delicious, and the clam pasta could use a slightly thicker sauce to hold better. Overall, visitors found the place to be great and well worth trying, especially for those seeking a warm, inviting, and stylish ambiance to relax and enjoy a flavorful meal. Reservations are recommended.
