Me and my husband stop in here after church every now and then. The folks working are always so friendly, which I really appreciate. The food’s good, especially for a quick place like this. Prices are a little on the higher side, but the nice service makes up for it. The young gal who slices does a great job, and the one at the register is always real sweet. They are always sweet to my husband when he cannot figure out how to use his credit card.

Usually this place is good, but today our order was just bad. The tuna sandwich was soggy despite being picked up within 15 minutes of the online order and it tasted bland, too. The flavor wasn't even worth the calories. Also sick of tipping on the app and getting sub-par sandwiches. If you ask for a tip before your customer tries the food, you better be sure it's spot on. Shame on me for having more faith in the kids sitting around behind the counter.

I walked into Jersey Mike’s hoping for a chicken salad sandwich, not a lettuce festival. My sandwich had so much lettuce I felt like a rabbit at a salad bar. 🥬🐇 The chicken salad? Oh, it was there… somewhere. Probably hiding under the mountain of greens, waiting to be rescued.
Also, let’s just say the staff wasn’t exactly radiating “sub above” vibes—more like “sub optional.”
If I wanted this much lettuce, I would’ve gone to the grocery store, bought a head, and called it a day.

Ordered a club Mike's way without tomatoes. For some reason got no bacon, or anything else that comes Mike's way including no tomatoes. Even confirmed so it seemed pretty clear.

When I first moved here I used to come here almost every day. Until I noticed some of the staff aren’t so clean. The sandwiches are great. Just if you are touching your hair and picking your nose you need to wash your hands before applying gloves. You can’t be checking your phone with gloves on and then touch sandwiches. Today the guy who was the register took the customer before me and I noticed he handled wrapping the sandwiches once the middle guy fixed them. He had gloves on but while I was walking in someone else without gloves was on the register. He came from the back moving his wet hair and picking his nose, applied gloves and he cashed the lady out and then I asked the middle guy to please wrap my sandwich for me on a fresh piece of paper. He was a little upset but I didn’t want to call the guy out in front of the other lady because she was trying to figure out why I was saying what I was saying. The last sandwich I had months ago upset my stomach. The young lady took money, applied new gloves and fixed my sandwich. I love your food but please talk to them about washing their hands prior to applying fresh gloves and maybe the middle person can wrap the food before handing it to the cashier. I don’t want to mess up your flow with my complaints but working in the medical field your are more conscious of germs than the next person. Thank you

Fast service. Nice to see your order prepared in front of you. Not much to say about atmosphere, it's a quick food pick up place. Organized and efficiently run.

EDITED: the owner Jeremy went out of his way to find me and responded to this review. He was extremely apologetic and was very disappointed with what transpired. He rectified the issue and then some, and his staff including his manager Fernando made things right. This is what you should expect from all local businesses. Makes me feel very good that there are owners and operators that still want to deliver exemplary service when their staff falls short. Great job.
I almost feel bad, even leaving this.. first and foremost let me say that I have been eating at this place for years. It’s pricey but good-quality so you get what you pay for. This go around, I went in, and I ordered ‘y free mini sub, because I had the points on my app, I scanned my app. The points came off, but it asked for some kind of code at the register… Had no idea what it was looking for… neither did the staff… So the points came off of my account, and the sub did not come off of the bill… I asked them to take it off the bill, they said there was nothing they could do about it. They kept saying “there was nothing they could do about it” after I told them that not only was I losing my points, but I wasn’t getting anything in return. They kept saying “there was nothing they could do about it”. I’m sorry, but if you don’t train your people the same something more than “there’s nothing I can do about it” do you deserve to charge a premium? I’m really sorry, but that’s just not good customer service AND I’m out all those points with nothing in return… so there goes my loyalty… How do I lose something and not get anything in return for spending my money at your establishment? I get it, you have young people working there… but come on spent $60 on 3 subs… least you can do is have some common sense
I've been to various Jersey Mike's locations. This was an order through their app. My sandwich was made correctly. Every location is different when picking up an order. This location keeps orders behind the counter. I stood by the cashier, but he was very busy and didn't acknowledge me. Once I asked for my order, he quickly gave it to me. The only thing they forgot were napkins, no big deal. The restaurant was clean. Maybe put a small sign saying to ask for to go orders? Small gripe.
Number 17 Philly cheesesteak is on point and by far my top choice for subs at Jersey Mike's
They don't label any sandwiches despite putting names on every one when I order for the office. Every single time.

Love me some Jersey Mike’s! I have a gluten allergy, and it’s fantastic that they offer gluten-free bread. Even better—they take the time to clean the work area to prevent cross-contamination. It makes a big difference, and I really appreciate the extra care. Great food and great service!
We usually get our sandwiches to go. They are always clean, kind and knowledgeable.
For sub sandwiches, it just don't get any better. Fresh cut meats and built in front of you to ensure correctness.
Shoutout to Jersey Mike's Sub Shop!
If you’re in the mood for a delicious sub, this location is the place to be! Every time I swing by, I’m greeted by a fantastic crew that knows how to make you feel welcome. The smiles are contagious, and the atmosphere is so clean and inviting! Not only are the staff helpful and quick, but the subs are awesome—packed with flavor and made fresh to order! And let’s not forget about the tea; it tastes like it was just brewed! 🍹

I am not one to get upset over a sandwich but tonight was my last straw with the Rockwall location. I have ordered from here multiple times recently and every time something is incorrect with my order and the sandwich its self is terrible. Tonight, the “special instructions” was once again ignored and the california club had no avocado on it. I am over bare minimum expectations not being met.
