Entered the lobby and not a single staff member in site, waited multiple minutes and was never greeted nor acknowledged. Lobby was empty at 6:30pm on a week night, unsurprisingly. Went across the street to another sandwich business and received service promptly. I would have spoken to management but nobody was there to talk to.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ordered a LIL JOHN with xtra Turkey and provolone.
Received VERY little Turkey and no cheese.
Called to speak to the manager Marty.
Told me they were out of bread and I’d have to wait 4 hours for a new sandwich.
Thank you for the nice surprise here at Belfiore Salon & Day Spa. Everyone here enjoyed the sandwiches for lunch! ❤️
