The dude that was working at 12/21/25 at 6:40 is so disrespectful, said there was no bread and me just having my normal face he said “I have a stapler I can use to hold those eyebrows up for you”. This is not acceptable walked right out, will not be returning to this location but instead going to Jersey Mikes for way better customer service.

My boyfriend and I went in to get his birthday sandwich. Lady at the front said the rewards changed and she couldn’t tell us how to obtain. She said “I’m not familiar with the app”. We were also purchasing a bag of chips and a drink. He showed the regular email where it showed he had 30 days to collect. She said “ I don’t know what to do?” We decided to walk out after they made the sandwich. I felt this was unprofessional. We are loyal customers or should I say we were loyal customers.

Update: Corporate addressed and rectified our issue to our satisfaction. Sad that Nolan, the manager, could not.

Did not receive what we ordered. When I called to discuss the situation, Nolan the GM, only made excuses and did not want to resolve the major issue. We did not receive what we ordered. We ordered 12 HALF sandwiches, not 18 party pieces! Spent over $130 and received 2 boxes of 18 party pieces! Not what we ordered! Absolutely no willingness to listen to the problem and make our order right! In fact, Nolan stated that WE MUST BE CONFUSED, because he made the boxes up himself! He did not provide what our company paid for and never considered or apologized that they even made the mistake! Actually suggested that if we needed more sandwiches, we could “just order more”. Shame on you! It’s not okay! Here are the photos as proof! They obviously put 18 pieces in a “12 half sandwich” box! So, at minimum, they definitely can’t count!

Went into store to pick up mobile order. Walked over to big “pick up” sign. Stood there waiting while worker put napkins in a bag and stapled receipt then walked off without any acknowledgment. I looked around then noticed a shelf in the corner where mobile orders were placed, NO SIGNAGE! How hard is it to put a “mobile orders” sign up?? Place was busy so initially didn’t see the shelf when I walked in. How hard is it for an employee to look up while Stuffing napkins in a bag and simply say “May I help you?” Sandwiches are not THAT good to put up with such rude service.

It was very sad that I would give one of my favorite sandwich chains a 1 🌟. I've been eating at JJs for many, many years. Went to this location in Rockwall, TX. They handed me the wrong takeout order. I called, they knew the mistake before I finished because someone else also had complained about the wrong food, We received each others orders. They asked if they could just put a $20 credit in my name under my phone number, which is also my phone number for my JJ rewards program. So, about 2 weeks later, I go to get food and prepared then by telling them of the credit. The person says there is no credit under your number, and I don't even see your order history. HOW CONVENIENT. Very sad they would fail the order, failed at customer service, and they couldn't have cared less. 😕
