I normally love ordering from this location. But the last time I ordered my ultimate açaí bowl it was so watery, basically a soup. It was a big disappointment.it was overflowing/too full when I opened it because of how “liquidy” it was.

This my 3rd visit to this location and it will be my last. I've ordered the same drink, the Watermelon Madness, every time since I was 15. (that's 25 years) It's funny how my overly Watermelon drink tastes like strawberries and cream every time i get one here. That's not what I ordered!

Staff was nice and I enjoyed my açaí bowl but I also ordered celery juice and it was terrible. The were other flavors and pieces of fruits and veggies in the bottom. I can get a decent celery juice at the grocery store for less. I come here for a more upscale, pure celery juice and that’s not what I got.

The girl who made my Raw Juices was great! She even placed them in the refrigerator while she made the next one. However, the customer counter should not be used as a desk for a laptop and paper work by another employee while customers are present, very unprofessional.

I really didn’t want to write this review, I normally will brush 99% of things to the side, but I couldn’t this time.The 2 ladies working seemed way more interested in their personal conversations than actually working. I ordered 1 açaí bowl and it took 20-25 minutes to come out. If they were busy I would understand but it was just me. The açaí bowl was more of a soup btw.I would highly encourage the owner to get more involved. I will probably never come back here again.

Server lady was cracked out of her mind. Waited a solid 25 seconds for her to finish rubbing her eyes before taking our order for our extremely overpriced underwhelming smoothies. Don’t come here.

Could not enjoy my juice for the many huge chunks. Maybe try getting a strainer. And what’s even more alarming is there were lots of pieces of greens coming up through the straw (I ordered the rejuvenater which doesn’t have greens in it.) I gave 2 stores because the açaí bowl wasn’t bad.

Twice now, I have placed an order on the Juice It Up app based upon the hours listed in their app and Google. Both times they were not open. I’m out $22 at this point since they charged my card.Their number in the app doesn’t work and the one on Google doesn’t have voice mail setup.It’s good if you can get it. Just don’t expect to do so in the morning.

I don't think you really want me to post pictures. It doesn't do any good to order in the app when you drive up and the employee is just getting out of their vehicle. I ordered at 10:30. Three people ahead of me and they were ordering at the counter and had bowls and other items that take longer. Finally a second employee came in with her kids. I truly felt bad that one of the kids had a really bad cough and just had to sit at the table while the employee went behind the counter to ask what I needed. As customers we were looking at each other and wonder what was going on?My order was last. I just had a smoothie that didn't taste at all what it should taste like. I'm not going back! It doesn't do me any good to write to customer service when there are serious issues here.I could of taken pictures but why would I when I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

I came here today for cold pressed juice and their juicer was down. How can you name your establishment “Juice it up” if you have no juice to offer? This really upset me.
