Usually I LOVE La Madeline, but live out in Greenville so never get the chance to eat it. Paid $20 for pickup and this is ALL the portion I got? Seriously? In store the plate is HUGE. This is really disappointing and sad. Didn’t choose any different size. Didn’t even notice until I got home.

EXCELLENT food, great atmosphere, and service. The previous reviewers do not know what they are talking about. This place is always packed and super busy when we get there. We will DEFINITELY be back very soon.

Last night, my wife and I attempted to eat at La Madeleine. We arrived 19 mins before their stated closing time of 9pm CST. We were in the mood for soup and had no intention of lingering for an hour; just a quick bite after a long day at work. We were promptly told by two employees that they were closing and would only take a to-go order, and that the front bar (where the soup is) was already shut down for the night. As a former restaurant manager, I found this completely unacceptable. You should serve your clients during operating hours, just like you keep the doors unlocked. Forget the fact that we have frequented this restaurant faithfully for years...basic customer service is being open when you say you're open and serving every client who walks in the door (during business hours).
BTW: We went over to Saltgrass, just 30 mins before their closing, and got a great bowl of potato soup. We were welcomed, seated, and served promptly, and we left a good tip.

This la Madeline is always clean and the staff is friendly. It’s a great spot for lunch in my opinion!

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped spots are right out front with extra room for van lift access and a curb waypoint.

Everything was good the only thing was that our potato soups were cold.

The food was pretty cold, I asked for a new cup of warmer soup and it was never brought. My son absolutely hates mayo and I clearly asked for no mayo and yet it was covered in mayo. In addition glass drink cups were very dirty and there were no forks. I will unfortunately not be returning.

If I was able to give this place a “zero” I would’ve.
The staff have no idea what gluten free is or if the food is safe for anyone that has celiac.
Also, went into the bathroom and one of the staff workers was so sick, she didn’t wash her hands once she was done. She wiped her nose on the back of her hand then had the audacity to ask what would like to eat.
We said, nothing and left.
Even if we wanted to eat there, the place was piled high with dirty dishes. in the mean while the staff were arguing about who was responsible for cleaning the tables.
This place is beyond disgusting and expensive. I mean come on $4.75 for what looks like a frozen turn over.
Get it together!

Nobody welcome you .we figure out everything and when you ask is not the greatest respouses for a new customer. The cashier guy was very rude . I take soup spoons and the first 3 were filthy. That area of the soda machine smell not good. And there where 3 tables full of plates. What I can say good is the food was delicious I have a French dip and .y wife croquete madam. Mushroom cream and potato soup were delicious. I hope you improve your customer care.
