Service has dropped off a cliff. Went in a week ago and they had no cookies or ice cream. Today, they lost my sons cookie cake order for his birthday party. It’s really sad to see a place that was loved fall so badly into mismanagement.
Awesome cookies and delicious ice cream flavors.
I ordered the one on the left (just change it to Happy Birthday )got what is on the right! It’s like ordering from Wish at the Rockwall location. Basically got told they don’t have a manager and no access to a refund, discount or heck even a free cookie! Think twice before ordering from there :(
