Gun Barrel city store, big disappointment in the food! The Big Mac was poorly assembled. French Fries were cold. MC DONALD'S used to be known for their French fries. Not anymore. Won't be back.

To walk in a McDonald's these days it reminds me of how minimalistic this chain has become. You order yourself and go pick up your food when it's ready and sit on uncomfortable seats that would make a military chow hall feel like luxury. I guess it's just a sign of the times.

I down loaded the app and placed my order to be delivered. I had an opportunity with my charge I called the outlet in Rockwall and talked to Adrianna. Excellent customer service representative. Very polite very knowledgeable outstanding 😃

Worst McDonalds in Rockwall. Service is slow, employees constantly yelling at each other or clowning around amongst themselves in English and Spanish with no regards for the customers waiting. They NEVER get the orders right! The location is convenient but better off going to the one on north 205 to avoid the aggrevation.

This is the second time I’ve ordered my burger this way through the app that clearly says no onions and I get onions both times and have to throw them away cause my lunch wasn’t long enough to go back

I ordered food in drive thru with NO cars ahead of me. I was told to pull into stall number 5 to wait for my meal to be brought out. 15 min later still no food. I pulled back around to the drive thru and was told that the person at window one who took my money very quickly could not do anything to get me a refund. I went to the next window and was met with confused expressions. I was confused too because I ordered fast food and 15 min later not only did I not have any food I also was not met with anything remotely resembling an apology, I asked for an apology and o just don’t understand how the person who put money back on my card never even came to ask what the problem was. In case you’re wondering, I still don’t have any food. This was very disappointing and terrible service.
The cheese on my burger wasn’t positioned right. I have to give this place a one star review. Here’s a picture of my cheese on brown Bear burger. The food is so good but made my friend choke hard she almost died. And the fries were so good. I gained like 50 pounds. I’m sick of this place. It’s McDonald’s fault not mine. Food good.
