Our pizza is over 40 mins late, after waiting for 1.5 hours. Now they can't find our order, then they found it but can't tell us where the pizza is.
absolutely ridiculous and the customer service by Emily was horrendous.
my two year olds are beyond disappointed, which makes this mom furious.
Easy to find and park. First time at location ordered two pizza and service was quick. Had everything off the Papa John's menu, like the spicy sausage pizza the most.
Love their pizza, just not in Rockwall. Service is terrible, orders are frequently wrong, and the people working dont seem to care about the customer.
