Last night we ordered a hand tossed chicken pizza. When it arrived it had the wrong crust. I called up there and the guy who answered the phone was extremely rude. He told me since the toppings were correct he wouldn’t be replacing the pizza. After we went back & forth he said we will get it sorted out & then preceded to hang up in face. messed up. our whole order & we called for n hour nd no one answered!!
tried to call in and order for pizza tonight and had a lot of trouble with my order taker come to find out they were in a call center not even the local store. they put me on hold and then hung up on me my second attempt the person was not any better could not understand them and they could not get my order right. so I called a third time it was told to call back in 3 minutes and she tried to hang up on me and then she would not give me a supervisor to speak with so I decided...read full review
