I live in Fate and come to the Rockwall South location despite being closer to two other Pizza Hut restaurants. The Ridge Road location is reliably accurate, timely and friendly, with a clean restaurant and a welcoming staff. I have had members of this restaurant team meet me outside because I had my dog, then come load up my food in my car for me without even having asked. Jennifer and Ibrahim clearly love and take pride in their work, and the people here are the reason I drive all the way across town to pick up from this store. Huge thank you to Jennifer, Ibrahim and the rest of the Rockwall South team!

It was great!! It's just what I expect with Pizza Hut. I have been away for some time becausewhere we were before the pizza was subpar. But this establishment redeemed itself. I will order again from here

Yuuuck! Historical this Pizza Hut is very good. The last 3-THREE- times I have patronized them there has been a problem. The pizza tonite was dry, very scantily made with little sauce, very little cheese and it really lacked flavor. I can't go here anymore. It would be silly of me to keep going where it doesn't work for us, which is sad because I mostly eat Pizza Hut. Too bad the Horizon Road location has declined sooo.

My experience with this location never fails.. it’s always cold and burnt when delivered.. the only time I can think of where it was hot and fresh is if I pick it up and stand in there face.

Not today. The pizza smelled like throw up or doodoo not sure which aroma was stronger. I thought that it was just the box that was invasive, but no...I digress...it was definitely the food. I picked it up, and it smelled absolutely awful!!!
Please give me hope that we can still eat here in the future.

The pizza sauce was watered down. It didn’t have any flavor. Tasted like cardboard my dogs turned their nose up when I gave it to them.

This store manager should be ashamed the thousands we spent over years and each month help non profits for 15 plus years and now the boss wanna be denied us a deal we’ve had with this franchise for 15 years and order 30 plus pizza at a time shame on this person and seeing the reviews they need new leadership FOR SURE. I can not wait for this store to go under and close
