Ordered the cheese enchiladas and was very disappointed, and wouldn't recommend ordering them. Maybe their other menu options are better but doubt ill ever find out. Not interested in going back, but hey if your reading this dont take my word for it.
Hired them for catering my husband’s 50th birthday. On the day of, Elizabeth was a HUGE help to get the food ordered, organized and delivered. We had plenty of food for all our guests that they loved. Highly recommend catering with Rosa’s.
We ordered Chorizo, potato, egg, and bacon breakfast tacos. They are as big as my hand.. the flavor was good ( personally I would have liked more chorizo) love the breakfast salsa. I only eat their breakfast here even though they serve lunch and dinner. Everytime we come to Rockwall we stop.
