For cheap fast food, this hits the spot, I love the fresh tortillas. I'm not talking about fine dining here. It's got good flavor, the condiments bar is always fresh. Never had something I didn't like there. Service is fast and friendly. Always met with a smile. I hit Rosa's before shopping at Costco. The chocolate cake with chocolate & pecan icing is yummy. Sopapillas are again always fresh with REAL honey.
This is one of the best TexMex restaurants in our area. I give it 4-stars in Service because it is self serve, but the employees are super nice. The Taco Tuesday special is the best around both value and price. Do not hesitate to visit the Rockwall or Mesquite locations.
I have been obsessed with Rosa’s since I lived in midland in the early 2000s. This location served some perfect beef fajita yesterday. I was super relived because the last Rosa’s I went to in dfw was a little bit of a let down. Glad to know it was an outlier
